Well there is a new P4P best fighter in MMA in the world.
Jon Jones's talent and skill is simply on another level at this point. He just completly outclassed Rua and Evans.

Sounds like it was a pretty bad fight. Jones vs. Hendo is very appealing though, might have to get that one.

Joe Rogan just said that the fans may burn the arena to the ground if the judges mess up the decision and they're in Atlanta. History humor. Awesome.

Rashad wanted this fight and just looked scared out of his wits out there.

Bah it looked like shad just gave up knowing he couldn't win.
But other than Hendo and Anderson coming up to 205 again is there really anyone else who could challenge bones at this point.

Jones is scary as hell.
That fight was like watching a man (Evans) drown in quicksand (Jones). You can fight and struggle at the beginning but in the end you just sort of give up and let it roll over you.

Jones is scary as hell. That fight was like watching a man (Evans) drown in quicksand (Jones). You can fight and struggle at the beginning but in the end you just sort of give up and let it roll over you. What Phil Davis/Rashad was on Fox is what Jones/Evans was tonight on PPV. The riddle that is Jon Jones continues to have no answer. Perhaps it will be the oldest and wisest among the 205 tribe to finally solve this MMA Gordian Knot. Seriously, If Hendo can't do it I strongly doubt anyone else can. The thing is that Jones just demoralizes his opponents. You want to go in thinking you have the plan and you'll be the guy to finally figure him out but within a minute you look like your shitting your pants out there.

he was the also the third oldest winner of the six fights...if it wasn't the only game in town they'd have more reason to be excited

But if he does beat Hendo.....do you strip him of the belt and put him at heavyweight? Seriously, who has any shot of beating this guy?
To me, the thing that might hurt people's interest in the UFC is that some of these champions are just way too dominant. Think about it:
Silva: He has 2 competitive fights left at 185. Sonnen and Hendo. Those two guys are the only guys who have even given him the slightest amount of trouble in his UFC career. If he somehow goes in there and barrels through them the second time then who else is there?
GSP: The only two names that come to mind are Condit and Diaz. Diaz has literally pissed himself out of a possible fight with him so that leaves Condit.
Jones: Like I said, if not Hendo, then who?
Aldo: Enough said.
Cruz: I'm not sure anyone can beat him either. Maybe Faber can pull something off I don't know.
There is a possibility that these guys could get so dominant that people won't be interested in them because they'll see each fight as a certain win for them and that could hurt the UFC in my opinion.

If Griffin beats Ortiz then give him a title shot after Hendo, if Jones is still champ. Im a mark for good ol' Forrest. I would love an underdog victory by Forrest against Jones.
Jones making it to the end of all 5 rounds is also another thing that makes him dangerous, now that he knows what that is like I dont think anyone is going to stop him for a long time.
Wanderlei Silva or Vitor Belfort when they get done with Ultimate Fighter: Brazil are also one's who could have a go.
Then after those have Jones vs Anderson Silva. A better match up in my eyes than Jones vs GSP and Silva vs GSP and im saying that as a fan of GSP.

While Vitor (if he is willing to go back up to 205) vs Bones could be interesting... no way in hell should Silva or Griffin be given a shot at Jones.

I was actually thinking about that and if Jones fights and beats Griffin he will have beaten all former LHW champs currently on the roster.
I thought Wanderli said his fight with Vitor will be his last

There was a time a couple of years back people thought BJ Penn, Lyoto Machida and even Brock Lesnar would be title holders for a long time. Things can change real quickly. GSP may not be 100 percent. Anderson's up there in age. Aldo's been rumored to be moving up sooner than later.

Surprised it went the distance, so credit to Evans for that; but Jones just showed how much better he is at the respective stages of their careers.
