Yes I would've been fine with it because I was champion. Also the Orton/Christian comparison is unfair. For one , Orton/Christian had already been in a feud. This was my first match with Hayden and two , That match happened on PPV. Except it was basically the same finish; it doesn't matter when it happened, or whether you guys had been feuding before. The fact is that the classy thing to do is to let yourself get pinned or submitted if you lose the voting. I mean, there was only one time I can think of where I didn't do that with Blood, where I took a DQ loss with Blood going apes*** and wailing on Punisher with a steel chair in the middle of a tag match. And maybe that was the wrong thing to do. But usually--and ask anybody here--when somebody wins the voting against me, I put them over. Ask Richlen. Ask Connor. Ask Jonathan Michaels. Ask Punisher about the finish to the title match between him and Blood. If somebody wins the voting against me and I'm writing the match, I write it so that they hit their finisher on me and I stay down for the three count, or they make me submit. (The only time I don't do this is if they want to win by cheating somehow.) Plus, I remember you talking about a possible match between Blood and Potato and how you wanted to lose via Blood cheating or something like that so that Potato could continue to look like an unstoppable beast. No. Just no. If you're not willing to let people beat you clean so that they look good, then why should anybody bother to let you beat them clean and make you look good? You get as much as you give in this fed. Except there shouldn't be a rematch. When the Television Champion beats somebody, he moves on to the next opponent. Were you paying attention when Dupoe held the title? He never faced the same person twice in a row, and when he won in a controversial fashion (i.e., cheating) it never resulted in a rematch. The TV Champ always wrestles on NiteRaw. The imaginary fans tune in to see if the champ can extend his winning streak and rack up enough title defenses to challenge for a more prestigious belt, or if somebody's going to break the streak. Hayden should ALREADY look like a legit champion because of a CLEAN victory over you, but you didn't let that happen. I'm surprised how well he's taking it, and maybe he doesn't mind, but I mind, and so does Caleb, and I wouldn't be surprised if others did too and were just keeping quiet about it.

I miss Viva stepping in to referee disputes. I want to make this argument constructive. I don't think it would have happened if there was a description about the TV Title in the first post. For that matter, there ought to be one for the Freakin' Awesome Championship too. I will prepare such a description and post it upon my first opportunity. KZHT, don't let this discourage you. Mr. Socko has everyone's best interests in mind, including yours. Controversial finish aside, I am glad to have you on board as a match writer. You simply didn't understand the nature of our TV Title because the only real way to is to read show after show, a tedious endeavor at the least. At least until I post that aforementioned description.

For one , NO I HAVEN'T BEEN READING ALL THOSE WINS BECAUSE IS SIGNED UP HERE LIKE A MONTH AGO. Plus , Thole Whole TV Champ angle makes no sense to me. When has an undefeated streak ever worked? Goldberg? One time in WCW? I don't buy that as a real reason real fans would tune it but whatever. It happened , Get over it.

TO: FAWA Majority Shareholder Vincent Van Agony Dear Mr. Agony.
After watching the astounding Wheel of Misfortune PPV, I have decided that I want to join the FAWA. But I'm conflicted as whether I should join as a manger, or a wrestler.
I've already developed pros and cons for both.
MANAGER PROS: Not as exerting as wrestling. Less chance of injury. Won't get bashed in the head with a pole. Getting to screw people out of championships. CONS: Could get boring after a while. Won't get to hit people. Don't like submitting to will of others. Everyone blames the manager. WRESTLER PROS: Stress reliever. Might be able to bash people with a pole. The allure of championship gold. Working with some of the world's greatest athletes. CONS: Great chance of injury. Co-operating to plan matches with complete strangers. Might get bashed with a pole.
So, in closing Mr. Van Agony, what do you think I should do?
REGARDS, The Genesis of Waffel113.

That said, since you posted straight to the thread, I'll give the members first dibs at discussing what you could do.

Keep the votes coming in, everyone. And let's pick up the collective pace in the promo thread. Remember newer members: participation is key to success here, and the promo thread is a place to participate day in and day out. Write quality promos and mingle with other FAWA characters and ya never know - a match might be born.

Yes, good question. I know Smokie took his match.
Let's remember that matches and commentary can be claimed separately too.

Quick queston: are there any officially inducted members (i.e. Your character is listed in the first post) who didn't get ballots?
I have the feeling I need to update the voting list a little bit.
