Really sorry to hear this, hopefully they can sort this out in an amicable manner.
As for Cena taking time off well that's completely up to him obviously. If WWE makes him happy than he should do what makes him happy. Just hope he is offered the chance to take time off at least.

She couldn't see him filing the divorce.

But they looked so happy for those couple of seconds on Raw that one time. What could have gone so wrong?

Update from TMZ... Liz' attorney tells us, Cena blindsided her with the divorce filing. They had been having issues -- and Cena even approached her recently with a pre-divorce financial settlement agreement -- but Liz refused to sign it, convinced the relationship would still work out. FYI -- It's not uncommon in celeb divorces to bring up pre-divorce settlement agreements because they help simplify otherwise messy splits. She couldn't see him filing the divorce. So, he approached her with a pre-divorce settlement offer, but she was surprised at the divorce? I mean, I can understand hoping it'd work out, but when your husband says " Before we get a divorce, we should come to an agreement to the terms of that divorce," then I don't think you should ever be "blindsided" by it.

Always a sad thing to happen, espcially since they are high school sweethearts.

The judge will rule in her favour.
John Cena will be blurred in all WWE appearances.

Not shocked by this at all. Never gave it a chance to begin with.

As much as I appreciate Cena's sacrifices to the WWE, he has to know everything changes when you get married. He cannot be married to the WWE and his wife at the same time. There needs to be time where he's at home being the husband he ought to be.
We all know marriage and being a WWE superstar is no walk in the park. 300 days on the road, you're more married to the business than anyone/anything else.

I think this divorce has a better chance of getting fans to cheer Cena than Kane, Rock and Lesnar combined.
So, the bad is obviously that the most important relationship in Cena's life is dissolving, but the good is that he's John F***ing Cena, worth $18 million, handsome and in good shape, and still young. The guy is going to spend the next year or two swimming in ladyparts.
Now, I know that casual, meaningless sex doesn't equal a true, loving relationship with someone you trust and connect with on a deep emotional level, but still, some time spent making Divas and fitness models tap to the STF sounds like a pretty solid alternative.
