Okay, out-dork this. I have been wanting a new hakama for my aikido for years. Not any kind of hakama, a special polyester brand hakama with permanent pleats and soft backboard. If you know what this is, you are a martial arts dork. Anyways, I'm getting it for Xmas this year (yay!) and most of my friends are like "WTF is that?" Go ahead, out-dork me.

I have a rough idea of what that looks like. I mean I know what hakama with permanent pleats look like at least. And I know jack shit of real martial arts. That knowledge comes from cosplaying and liking Japanese culture.

Hakama...that's one of those Jewish-people hats, right? Nope. It is a kind of Japanese pants, basically to over simplify it, think of those big, almost MC Hammer-like pants that you see samurai wear in shows and movies set in feudal Japan.

I'm getting my computer upgraded for Christmas with a capture card put in. That's pretty dorky I guess.

For me, the dorkyness stems not from the gift it self, but what I am doing with it.
I wanted an Ottawa Senators heritage hockey jersey, my father (who lives miles away from me.) instead of a gift gave me some money, so I used the money to buy the jersey, but I decided to gift wrap it my self and wait until Christmas morning to open it.

There are 3 Kirby plushies that were recently released for return to dreamland, and I want all 3 of them, it'll bring my collection to about 120 some odd Kirby plushies.

My girlfriend is getting me a ton of Beavis & Butthead stuff this year. Whatever she can get her hands on: PJs, boxers, shot glasses, fleece blanket, bobbleheads, and some more surprises.

There's this Three-in-One gaming console I saw at Game Spot (or whatever it's called; AKA Not-Game Stop) that lets you play NES, SNES, and SEGA games. I want it in my life.

It's a mixed machine at best. Some games don't work (Turtles III and Castlevania III for sure), and some have bad color and horrible sound.

Captain America stuff Gundam kits
*shrug* Probably won't get any, but at least one Gundam kit is a lock, as it's what me and a buddy are doing for one another this year.
