Associate it with Batman Forever, but still a good song in itself.

"Unknown Mod, you are NOT the father..." You are however, the mother. And that, kids, is the true story of how I met your mother. As for the song, I love it. I too have always associated it with Batman Forever, and now, the Jeff/Craig karaoke version too.

This song is one of the most perfect pop songs ever written, and the key change (down a gear instead of up a gear) is genius. Truly brilliant. This, pretty much. Seal is amazing.

That's the one thing that Batman Forever got right...
If that makes any sense. That song kicks serious ass. Drive down a lonely abandoned highway at night and that hits the radio? I guarantee you'll be singing along, your heart into it.

I didn't like the Community version, only cause of the "Jesus Loves Marijuana" part they added in. Surprised no one mentioned Jack Black doing the song on Idol, with Kyle reaction being priceless. He still named the wrong movie, though. Edit: Missed Venomfanf's post.

Er... The Offspring? i dont remember that. The music during the Robin stealing the batmobile to go joyriding scene had a cover of The Damned's "Smash it up" by The Offspring.

Perhaps my favorite song of the 90's. Absolutely love it, powerful song.

Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me was the superior Batman Forever soundtrack song. I remember listening to the radio for hours so I could record it on cassette tape.
Kissed From A Rose though continually pops in my head when I'm playing Arkham City so I'll give it that.
