- Cagalli Yula Attha = Kharma
- Lunamaria Hawke = Natalya
So who's Bright?

I don't know about Batman, but I've always associated Vash the Stampede from Trigun with The Flash.

You know which anime character as half of Batman's backstory, and his serious attitude, Ichigo Kurosaki.
I say half the backstory, because his dad is alive, but his mom was killed right in front of him and it scared him for life like it did Bruce. And he also has a harem of girls.

If you ignore the lack of a feminist aspect (at least by the American definition), Sailor Moon becomes a good candidate for anime's Wonder Woman.

Gene, Spike and L are all good choices in my opinion. Only real problem with the first two is the gun issue that's become an iconic part of Batman's persona.
Roger's a bit on the nose but then again, Akira Toriyama fully admits he riffed from Superman's past for Goku's...sooo..

Spike Spiegel immediately comes to mind.
does this make Sailor Moon the anime equivalent of Wonder Woman?

Toriyama definitely used some aspects of Superman for Goku, after Sun Wukong/Journey to the West. So to say Roger Smith as Batman would be cheating, the same could almost be said for Goku and Superman. My first thought was Spike, but then I thought their personalities are not all the same. Spike is more cool, laid back, and has a dry sense of humor. Batman is more stern, stoic, and while he too has a dry humor, it's very rarely shown. In terms of popularity though, I can see it.

I say half the backstory, because his dad is alive, but his mom was killed right in front of him and it scared him for life like it did Bruce. And he also has a harem of girls. There is one major difference between Ichigo and Bruce, Bruce gets shit done. Ichigo eventually gets shit done, but only after standing around for half of each fight with a constant look of, "Well.....f***....." on his face when his usual tricks do nothing a first and then he gets a brand new power up mid-fight and then gets it done. They are remarkably similar, though, even in that they rarely kill the villains. {Spoiler}Hell, it wasn't until the most recent Fullbringer arc that Ichigo actually killed a non-pure hollow villain consciously. He did kill Ulquiorra, but he dealt the fatal damage while in full hollow form, thus he wasn't in control of his actions. Ginjo was the first major villain Ichigo consciously killed in the manga(and thus the official canon, any and all villains he may have killed in the filler arcs/movies in the anime don't officially count), and it seems almost fitting that Ginjo was one of the only villains he's faced in the manga that was human.

The difference is, while Toriyama used aspects of Supes for Goku, Roger Smith basically IS Batman, they are nearly point for point the same character, they even both have a badass butler and a redhead that joins them in their adventures. The only thing Roger is missing is a young male ward to go along with the hot redhead. Though I will agree with the idea of Sailor Moon = Wonder Woman. Can't honestly think of anyone else that could contend with Sailor Moon for that title. Arguably the most iconic female hero in anime/manga, like WW is for comics, is magic base, like WW, has an outfit that leaves very little to the imagination, like WW.

When you say it like that, Batman sounds more like Jet than Spike.

I'd say The Skull Man, but he kills.
You know what, though? I'm still going with The Skull Man.

Shinn is way too much of a whiny bitch to be CM Punk without his wise-ass snarky nature. I see him being more of a Miz type. CM Punk in 2011, recreated by Gundam Seed Destiny: John Cena Kira Yamato vs. CM Punk Shinn Asuka, Money in the Bank 2011: Triple H Athrun Zala vs. CM Punk Shinn Asuka: I can't recall a moment when Trips tried to bury Miz, since I haven't watched WWE in a long while...
