Welcome to the forums, where we believe that the early work of Huey Lewis and The News was a little too new wave, but when Sports came out in '83, they really came into their own, commercial and artistically. I mean, the whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

Listen, you'll have to excuse me. I have a lunch meeting with Cliff Huxtable at the Four Seasons in 20 minutes.

I think I posted here a little bit several years ago. Been lurking for awhile, decided to post more since I've been watching the WWE a lot recently (the most I have since 2006). I've occasionally watched and read most results from 2008-2011 but The Rock and Austin showing up were usually the only things to get me to watch. Never would watch a months worth of shows in a row or anything. When I did see the product during this period it was awful and terribly boring, but in the last few months since I've been watching again it's improved. There are actual storylines now rather than just everything being generic like it was. It's still not great but it's actually fun and entertaining.
I've watched TNA every week though since 2003, even during my WWE down time. Right now TNA's in a down period but even when they suck I generally find at least a few "so bad they're good" storylines that I enjoy. I have a soft spot for TNA since I saw them grow from weekly PPV to Fox Sports Net to SpikeTV. I also hosted a wrestling/MMA podcast from 2004-2009 called BWR. I interviewed RVD, DDP, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Vince Russo, Christian, Gail Kim, and many others that I'm forgetting.
