Come on, you've played this NES brawler at least once before.

One of my all time favorite video games. Great Capcom music, earn money, learn new moves. I used to love to go to the one coffee shop and order a "Smile" when I was younger. Almost impossible to beat on your own, and if you had a second player then the fight against the twins wasn't as bad.

Le-what? Capcom had nothing to do with the game. The Nekketsu (Hot-blooded) series (which also included Renegade, Super Dodgeball, and Nintendo World Cup, and Crash 'n the Boys' Street Challenge, among other games) was done by Technos Japan Corp., the same company behind Double Dragon (hence the twins in RCR having the Double Dragon theme), US Championship V'Ball (aka Super-Spike V'Ball), The Combatribes, and Wrestlefest. As for RCR itself, I kind of like its Edo-era Jidaigeki follow-up better. More techniques, and the game actually shows you how much damage each attack is doing.

My best friend and I played this at least once a week.
I really miss those two player co-ops, the closest we have now are the Lego games. I like them, but it would be nice to have some non-lego games of that style.

A few years back I saw a trailer for a b movie based on the game. It was legit and you could order the DVD. No idea now where it was, but that sounds pretty cool to me

That game is miles better than it has any right to be. I don't really care for beat em ups but this one is very fun, especially for an NES game. It's actually a pretty deep game and the ability to use weapons is fun.

Next to Tecmo Super Bowl, my all time favorite NES game. It helps that it was one of the games I played at a kid and did so a lot, in hopes of facing Slick.
Then I found out about the other Nekketsu games, and with a little tweaking to my SNES, got them playing. I don't own a 3DS, but I'm still holding out hope for the most recent game (an updated RCR'd version of the Arcade Game, known here as Renegade) to get released over here. Arc System Games has been pretty good on releasing these games in the US lately.

Love the game. I thought Ivan was a badass with the head butt. Always had to eat all the sushi and buy at least one of every item, not counting all the shoes and special attacks. I'd get a pair of cowboy boots, eat a bunch of fish, buy all the toys, get acro circus, and just kick ass.

I've played it and beat it a ton. I've also played a hacked rom called Wilford Brimley Battle.

Really enjoyed this, one of my all time favourite NES games. Completed it, once you got Stone Hands and/or Dragon Feet you were in the zone and unstoppable. I used to wonder a lot about what some of the other stuff did that i never got around to buying.

Koslov is totally Ivan at the gates of River City High. They even share the headbutt.

I have to admit, there have been times where I was just going about my business, and then all of a sudden, I just really wanted to listen to this song.
