Briley Pierce (Dolph Ziggler's brother)
I even have the perfect gimmick for him. Make him into Dolph Ziggler's sidekick. Because he is Ziggler's brother, he would wear similar ring attire, effectively making him Ziggler's equivalent of an Edgehead. His character would also share similarities to Ricardo Rodriguez and Alex Riley. In Briley's eyes, Dolph Ziggler is the "Giant Destroyer" whom we should all "Talk about moar" and frequently yells at the commentators (yet another superstar "stealing from Jericho"). His incoherent ravings for Dolph's awesomeness borderline on "My heart don't pump Kool Aid" moments. He says things such as "Tell them that Dolph Ziggler is awesome like a grilled cheese sandwich! Tell them now!"

I think with Ambrose's match with Punk he literally just earned himself a call up.
Cesaro should not be called up until our Hero is here to save us with him. It would make absolutely no sense to sign one of the hottest tag teams of the past decade and NOT call them up together. While both can make it over (probably) on their own, putting them together will let magic happen.
Unfortunately from everything I've seen of Rollins' down in FCW I think he's going to be down there for a while.

I have no idea how Seth Rollins has Claudio outvoted right now. Antonio Cesaro has loads of energy in his personality and on the mic whereas Rollins is just kind of "generic indie guy with ring skills." Dean Ambrose is another guy with a lot of potential (and as others have said, working with Punk like he did may have just made his career). Steamboat "Jr." is ready.

WWE must know what they have with Ambrose . He did that match with CM Punk in which Punk put him over huge afterwards. And that's saying nothing about his program with {Spoiler}William Regal on FCW TV.

Rollins' match quality is really good, but his charisma is severely lacking. DBD had the plucky underdog quality about him, plus he has a bit of natural charm. Seth Rollins is phenomenal in the ring, but so bland otherwise IMO.

Bring most all of these guys up so many of them are ready, then put them all with all the remaining former NXT guys except Wade Barrett and Daniel Bryan [Curtis, Brodus, Heath, Gabriel, Skip when he comes back ect]. Call up Britani Knight and Naomi and then put the Chickbusters there as well. Maybe throw some other random lower card guys [Hawkins, Reks, Usos] there as well. Put them all on NXT and make it a new third brand. Its a big roster for a one hour brand but you can just cycle who shows up each week pretty easily, or hey tape one hour before RAW and one hour before Smackdown and actually make it two hours!
Try to get it a TV deal but f*** it if you can't. The purpose of this is to give them a place to develop their characters in front of legit WWE crowds during the "the show just started so we're excited for whatever it is that we're seeing" stage and then move them to RAW or Smackdown when there is actual space for them to get legit pushes. NXT could be used as a sort of internet purgatory brand for talented people that there isnt time for on the main shows.

The clear answer is Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. Their match for the FCW 15 title a week or two ago was one of the best matches I've ever seen.

Cesara, Ambrose, Rollins, Steamboat, Sandow, Kruger, Husky(again), Bo when healthy. But really as long as FCW stays being uploaded every Sunday night like it has been for some months now I'm good. It's consistently the show I look forward to every week.
Cesaro's pop up uppercut from this weeks FCW show as probably the best he's ever hit. Mike Dalton took it perfectly. Also Regal coo'ing over it really made it that much better.
"Now that...ladies and gentlemen, was the perfect uppercut *Regal flustered* Oh dear...oh dear...he's made me jealous"
"I'm severely jealous, I've never thrown an uppercut that makes up to that one and that makes me sick to my stomach."
Also for what it's worth, I think Regal should be called up to either Raw or Smackdown as the color guy. He does stumble a bit, but he is one of the few people in recent memory that really puts people over.
