He's slept with at least Melina, Rosa, Tiffany (before she married Drew), Kelly Kelly, and he's rumored to have slept with Layla.

I'm pretty sure only Melina can be proven. Nope. Kelly Kelly is proven. There are photos of them out on dates together and holding hands. Not sure about the others, but I think Batista has also admitted some of his past relationships. I really think most wrestlers have dated each other and we have no idea when relationships started, began or ended because let's face it, it's their personal lives and not everyone posts crap online. WRONG! It was Randy that was dating Mickie. Mickie was apparently stalking Cena or something, though IIRC. That was the rumor, but Meltzer went on to say that it was actually incorrect and it was ANOTHER superstar she was stalking, and he wouldn't give the name. It was more than likely Randy, since they actually used to date. |

The only ones I know for sure are Rosa (not sure when that was), Melina (in mid-2007 after she had just broken up with Morrison), Kelly Kelly (also not sure when that was). Layla can't be conclusively proven but the the guy who answered her phone on the Tom Green Show in 2008 was unquestionably Batista.
