I was thinking about how back in 2006 or so you couldn't go one show without seeing at least three guys trying to do a Shining Wizard. I can't recall the last time I've seen someone try to do it lately. I'm sure someone out there does one but it's not nearly as popular as it used to be.
I could go a few years before I see someone superkick 7 times a match. Hi Young Bucks!
I remember when a Tornado DDT used to be a finish. Now it's the 2nd near fall before the guy who got hit pops right up again. Sigh.

I almost want to say Russian Leg Sweep and it's variants outside of using it as a finisher.

Spinebuster. Gone are the days of Arn Anderson and Faarooq. Now, it seems to be the go to transition move for big guys.

The Overdrive/Playmaker/O-Zone and the Pumphandle Powerslam
I would also say the Roll the Dice/Test Drive, but Cody actually got the thing over as the Cross Rhodes.

Except for Generico, the Michinoku Driver doesn't get used much, at least in the States.

Power Slam and many of its incarnations. Closest we see to a power slam anymore is Randy Orton, and it's a transition move to buy time. (Wade Barrett's "Wasteland" is a power slam as well.)
Davey Boy Smith Running Power Slam Junkyard Dog "Big Thump" "Dr. Death" Steve Williams "Oklahoma Stampede"
And what ever happened to the good ol' fashioned BODY SLAM?
