Weekdays-Bed between 11 and 12, up at 6:30
Weekends-Usually between 12 and 1, up by 8.
It's probably the thing that's changed the most since hitting 30. I was off this week and only stayed up past 12 twice. Where did the time go?

Go to sleep around 6 PM, give or take a half hour and wake up around 2:30-3 AM.

My sleeping is very inconsistant thanks to my work schedule which is 10 p.m. -8 a.m. on Friday Nights 8p.m.-8a.m. on Saturday and Sunday Nights. That being said usually Monday morning my job requires me to drive three people to work which when all is said and done takes about 45 minutes. On Friday usually I try to sleep from 1p.m.-8:30 p.m. Usually on Saturday I sleep from about 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday I sleep from 12p.m.-5 p.m. Monday is from 10:30 a.m.- The rest of the week depends on how late I sleep on Monday. Case in point yesterday I got up around 2 and had a cookout for a few hours and went back to bed and woke up around 11 p.m. and have been up since.
