Just an idea I had. Instead of Hunter just challenging Taker for it again have Nash interrupt his challenge. Say Trips already had his two shots now he wants a rematch. From there Kane comes out wants in, then Mark Henry. FInally Wade Barrett suggests it's time for some new blood trying to end the streak. If Orton wasn't hurt he'd be the sixth man. I'm not sure who else should take it.
So it ends up being settled at Elimination Chamber, in the Elimination Chamber

I'd say Foley should be the 6th guy, but I'm cool with this idea. It'd clear up a few fueds going into WM, and make the identity of who is going for Taker's streak more of a mystery.

That would be cool to have a mini-feud between Mankind and HHH for the right to batlle Taker at Mania.
I mean historically, besides Yokozuna, who else had Undertaker's number more than once?

I want Taker to either face several opponents, or maybe a tag match. Yeah, I know it's a bit anti-climatic to "go out" with, but him facing the same guys over and over is kind of dull. I like the idea of 20 matches and 20 opponents.

It would mean more once Taker beats the opponent as well. Not only did they beat 5 other guys in a hell fight but they go to the biggest spectacle of them all, Wrestlemania, and then proceed to lose to Taker. Man, that sounds great. However if they decide this is Taker's final match it'll make beating him sweeter considering they had to beat 5 other guys to do it, they did it at WM and they took down the greatest streak in sports entertainment history. I approve.

I've said it once, I'll say it again: a previous opponent gauntlet. Snuka, Roberts, [replacement giant], Bundy, Nash, Sid, Kane, [replacement cop], Triple H, Flair, Big Show & Giant Bernard, Kane again, Orton, Henry, Batista, Edge, Michaels, Michaels again, Triple H again. Money!!!

This sounds like the vs Taker RTWM from SvR 2011, but instead of a tournament we're having it decided in the Elimination Chamber.

I really like this idea. We're past the point of just Taker going in for another Wrestlemania - if you face him at this stage of his career, you're somebody. Having a chamber match just for a CHANCE to face him will really put that over. I also hope Taker has a bit of an overrun after WM28 where he faces some people for a few months before being written off again. There's a whole big pool of talent out there that have never faced him, or only did in the early underdeveloped stage of their career (Zack Ryder, for instance). It'd be nice to see some matches with this new generation, being as how Taker is basically a legend of legends now. I don't want to see him wind up like Shawn Michaels, who more or less didn't have any 1-on-1s with anyone new from the past several years before retiring for some reason.

I've been saying for a while that I want Wade Barrett to win the Rumble, and I reckon there's a great promo waiting to happen for him saying that he likes to stand above ordinary men and the way to do that is to challenge for the streak.

He's only faced 17 people at Wrestlemania...with Kane, Michaels and Triple H all facing him twice.

I honestly think this would be the perfect time to set up CM Punk vs Undertaker.
Let Dolph Ziggler win the WWE Title and defend it at WM28 and give Punk a shot at something even better.
