Bulls***. They were both happy go lucky babyfaces that managed to completely reinvigorate their careers by becoming awesome heels. That and, honestly what did Truth and Miz have in common? Or MVP and Henry? Or Cody and McIntyre? Or Henry and Bourne? Or Jericho and Show? I'd say yes to this team. Mark Henry would be the perfect straight man to Crazy R-Truth, and they have potential to become the new JeriShow. People said the MVP/Henry pairing was just because they were black too but it made sense to me. MVP is supposed to be the overpaid athlete and how much was Henry's contract for? On a more basic level, they could've just played them up as all star athletes like 2 Jack Swagger characters since Henry was on the Olympic team in the 90s. Racism isn't too hard to find in WWE but I don't think teaming two random black guys is an example, especially when so many teams were the 1 black guy, 1 white guy formula (APA, Dudleys, World's Greatest Tag team) and they've been pairing two random white guys together for a long time. I never even thought about Henry being the straight man to Truth. That would be guaranteed entertaining chemistry.

No, I look at Mark Henry as a "one man wrecking machine" kind of superstar. I think adding R-Truth would only hurt that image.

I'd rather them both stay singles tbh, Henry and Truth are both finally in the main event for the first time in their careers. Going back to the tag team division will cool them off too much, especially during the Road to WM if they don't have high-profile singles fueds with the Ortons, the Sheamuses, and the Cenas who aren't in the title picture at the moment.

No, they have nothing in common other than being black. Bulls***. They were both happy go lucky babyfaces that managed to completely reinvigorate their careers by becoming awesome heels. Except Mark Henry's time as a a happy go lucky was the deviation from the norm as right before he was doing the exact same thing just not being pushed as hard.

What does the length of time he was a face have to do with it?
