At first I thought, “I remember seeing this before, it was totally a mouse, and anyone who says otherwise is a complete and utter fool.“ I just watched the clip OP posted. It‘s totally a can of Carmex. Ooops. This. Sorry, Team Mouse I have to leave and join team Lip Balm.

There ya go. It's as clear as day. Mystery solved. Now, about whether or not WWE actually thought that was a mouse...

That's probably exactly what it is. It's not a mouse, look how it just plops over once it stopped rolling. A mouse wouldn't do that, unless it dropped dead. Well, Ricardo was right there... Jokes aside, whatever it is, it damn sure isn't a rodent. This is a good point. If it were truly a mouse, Ricardo probably would have been unable to control his rodenticidal instincts. At first I thought, “I remember seeing this before, it was totally a mouse, and anyone who says otherwise is a complete and utter fool.“ I just watched the clip OP posted. It‘s totally a can of Carmex. Ooops. That's what I did. I remembered watching the video before and totally thinking it was a mouse, and I was convinced all these bottlecappers were idiots. Then they showed the zoom in and... It's clearly some sort of cylindrical object that falls over Damn. It was funnier as a mouse.

I originally thought it was a mouse, but on retrospect, it makes sense it doesn't appear to be one. It would be wildly out of character for a mouse to run out into the open like that in such a loud, bright, and open environment. They generally don't do things like that, if for no other reason than a wide open and bright space is an invitation for an owl to eat them.
