If nothing else happens I want the Ultimate Warrior and Sid to have two separate rampages through the guys that have no chance to win.

I honestly think Waltman and Vader have the biggest chances of being surprise entrants. I don't know what gimmick Waltman would use, but I'd mark hard for either X-Pac or 123 Kid. And I know Vader's nearly immobile, but he's on close terms with WWE and is even in WWE '12. You all know who I want in the Rumble though

Goldberg seems to be on decent enough terms with them that I always hold out hope for him to show up and just demolish an entire ringfull of guys.

I would love Dusty Rhodes to get a return.
Keep the Rumble at 40 participants this year, and fill out the extra ten entrants with surprises and legends. It will make the Rumble that much more exciting, in my opinion.
Also, I could easily see them throwing a few bucks at Morrison for one night, and it'd be hilarious in an odd way to see him back so soon, already doing one-shot comeback appearances.
