Ugh, I'm really thinking about cancelling my preorder.
Alright, let's focus on something else. Now disregarding any CAWs I might make and personal preference, what custom themes do I need? I know I need Bryan's new theme as well as the nWo theme for Nash and I doubt Air Boom's theme is in the game. What else?

Maybe Zack Ryder's with the intro if it not being in bothers you that much. Knowing you, one of the non-sucky versions of End of Days. Not sure if there's any others.

Awesome Truth theme I guess, though wouldn't really be able to replicate the entrance anyway. Plus Truth's theme itself, and if you really care a staticky version of Cult of Personality.
Don't tend to care about accurate themes that much myself. Probably give Nash the nWo theme and when it's available Cody the new Smoke & Mirrors but otherwise I can live without updating them. And in some cases like Truth I prefer what's in the game.

I don't actually like Cody's new theme. I probably just use "Undashing" or the original Smoke & Mirrors depending on my mood. Once I've unlocked Smoke & Mirrors of course. I dunno. The current version of End of Days that Barrett uses has kinda grown on me. I'll see. Speaking of which, where are the Audacity settings to get the echo effect that someone posted? I can't seem to find them?

People who need updated entrance music in the game: (Most available on iTunes) R-Truth (Needs "U Suck") Undertaker ("Ain't No Grave") Ryder (New version of "Radio" with WWWYKI quote) Husky (Current is "Kuntry To The Core", his default theme in the game is now used for Mason Ryan) Daniel Bryan ("New version of "Flight of the Valkyries") Mason (Give him Husky's in-game theme, as he uses that now) McGillicutty (Current is: "And the Horse He Rode In On" default in-game theme is tag theme with Otunga) Eve (New version 3 of "She Looks Good", default in-game theme is Version 2) Cody (New version of "Smoke and Mirrors", which is not released yet) Slater ("One Man Band") Nash (nWo Theme, has Diesel theme by default) Sin Cara (New version of "Ancient Spirit", had old version by default) Lawler ("The Great Gate of Kiev")

Seeing that list, definitely be changing Taker since it's already on my 360, probably give Harris and McGillicutty We Are One, Slater's getting I Hate You, Heath Slater like I gave him in 2011, and probably go ahead and give Gabriel the second version of End of Days. Plus Great Gate of Kiev; others other than maybe Cody I won't bother with.
Oh, and Nash I think I'll actually give the Wolfpac theme.

So, I was reading this review for WWE '12 this morning. Not sure how credible this site is but this little blurb really worries me: {Spoiler}The cinematics are exactly the same as last year same for the introduction of injuries, but unfortunately, injuries don’t work correctly at all. For example, Chono pretty much murdered Ted Dibiase and he has a career ending injury. He’s still not back months later and he is completely unselectable in WWE Universe. That’s how it should be right? Well a few in-game weeks later, Chono injured Christian with another career ending injury. Well, oddly enough, I wrestling Christian for three straight weeks after that even though he wasn’t selectable anywhere else and he shows up as injured on the Superstar list. The fourth week WE WERE TAG TEAM PARTNERS, the fifth week we were tag partners again but he turned on me and the sixth week we had a triple threat match with Wade Barrett and after the match Christian and Chono hugged and then Christian was never seen again. diehardgamefan.com/2011/11/21/review-wwe-12-sony-ps3/This sounds kind of... terrible. However, the review seems all over the place at times, so I'll wait and see myself. its probably just a bug they'll fix later

Hell, for this new game they still haven't been assed to fix the audio glitch.

Reading through this review now and wow, it sounds pretty awful. My mom already paid for the game in full so not going to hinder me, but damn, doesn't make me particularly excited. But then again, this guy hated 2011 and I enjoyed it so...

I wouldnt put too much merit into this guys reviews, I was on the caws.ws forum and apparently this guy liked the AAA game, but hated the TNA one, which was basically the same thing. Not only that but he says the games addictive, but yet says it's a poor game? Screw that review =/ it's too all over the place. Ill say though, that I always say "man at 22 years old, I never see myself getting stoked for a game coming out, im getting too old to be getting excited over games", yet here I am, plotting ways to make tomorrow come really quickly xD

Kind of gives me a lot to look forward to. And yeah, if nothing else I disagree with a lot of the opinions within this. I think 2011's one of the stronger games despite its flaws, 2008 was not very good compared to the others and by far it was the most glitchy of them (WWE title forfeiting thing, anyone?), and 2009 and 2010 while better than it were seriously hurt by the stat thing.

Yeah Im with you, I loved 2011, I played that like I used to play the old ones, making original caws, and all that fun stuff I used to do when I was younger like in HCTP, SVR 06, etc. Honestly I played SVR 11 till about july, constantly online with my tag partner and stuff. My gamertag is Tha Tee Why if anyone wants to add me for some online matches, I dont go overly hard to try and work the imaginary crowd, but I've had some matches that tore the proverbial roof off with people

Playing until WrestleMania one last time before tomorrow. I'm on the third week before the Rumble where Doink the Clown will face Daniel Bryan for the WWE Title.
Edit: Here's the entire card for the Rumble, it's gonna be strange.
US Championship Sheamus (C) vs R-Truth
Intercontinental Championship Kofi Kingston(C) vs Logan Matthews (Self CAW)
Divas Championship Maryse (C) vs Gail Kim vs Natalya
World Heavyweight Championship D'Angelo Dinero (C) vs Kurt Angle vs Desmond Wolfe vs Samoa Joe
WWE Championship Daniel Bryan (C) vs Doink the Clown
30 Man Royal Rumble

I kind of wish I'd stopped at my most recent Mania. Had a year long Punk World title reign collide with a year long rise through the rankings of Christian culminating in a face vs. face encounter in the main event where Christian won the title. Where things've left off now, out of Night of Champions, Christian's lost the title to a heel Cena, Punk is feuding with AJ Styles, and the main storyline's now Barrett having turned heel out of jealousy over Orton stealing his top face position and proceeding to repeatedly beat the living f*** out of him.
Plus side out of that I guess did get a great Christian vs. Ted DiBiase vs. The Rock vs. Steve Austin vs. Brock Lesnar Scramble match for the Intercontinental title. Christian retained after having retained against Big Show in an Iron Man match, having gotten the pin in the last minute. At the match end DiBiase pinned Austin with four seconds left with a clothesline he'd been repeatedly beating him with, who kicked out right at one second remaining - great finish.
Kind of want to go into that Punk title reign, actually. Had a great selection of challengers.
Backlash: Big Show Extreme Rules: Big Daddy V - Extreme Rules The Bash: Alex Riley - Ladder Match Night of Champions: Big Show, Alex Riley, Alberto del Rio, David Otunga - Scramble SummerSlam: Big Show and The Miz - Triple Threat Hell in a Cell: The Miz and Alex Riley - Hell in a Cell Bragging Rights: Alberto del Rio Survivor Series: Batista TLC: Big Show, The Miz, and Alex Riley - TLC Royal Rumble: David Otunga Elimination Chamber: Big Show and David Otunga

I just had a random idea while messing with my settings (I squashed Truth 47 seconds as Sheamus on hard.), how about this year, those of us that edit our gameplay sliders should share our settings so we can try a good balance on everything.

I notice in looking at that theme song video that there are listings for Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel and Brothers of Destruction. Also only one song listed for Cody Rhodes, which is disappointing but not particularly surprising. Also still a video listing for Show-Miz. Though I also notice that there's no listing for Lesnar, so maybe it just doesn't list locked things and that accounts for Cody.
