I still think it's silly to chastise an angle/PPV because your booking prediction didn't happen. Bully wanting to try it legit (to sustain heat off him) but not getting it done leading him to do an ultimate reveal can still happen.

If he reveals himself as the leader of Aces and Eights, and he jobbed to a one armed bandit, Bully Ray is the BIGGEST CHUMP OF ALL TIME.

Have Joseph Park or Abyss been attacked yet?
Or maybe it will be a Bound For Glory mega swerve again with everyone on the roster being involved except Garett.
Maybe Nick Hogan is part of a biker gang. TNA ignores the fact he has a driving ban.

Have Joseph Park or Abyss been attacked yet? After last night, I have a hard time believing they would make Bully Ray look that bad and reveal that he was the leader all along. They must have another swerve in mind. I think Joseph Park/Abyss may end up being the leader somehow. He could conceivably be framing Bully Ray now just as Storm was framed previously. Plus, the fat guy in the group would fit Park's size/gut. I'm not sure how they would explain it, though.

For months, the writers have been dropping clues that Bully wasn't all that innocent re: the Aces n Eights : he's never been attacked, he's protesting too much, he's accusing others, he's warning Jo Park, the Aces flee when he arrives, and, conveniently, they take out his opponent in the BFG Series finale.
But yesterday, everything went wrong for him : not only did Hardy come to the ring, despite his injury, but the police force also prevented the Aces from helping Ray during the main, which led to his defeat (which is only natural since Bully Ray is a coward who can only win when he cheats, and who lost to Jo Park a couple months ago).
Now, Aces & Ray have an entire month to get Ray back into the title match @ BFG. Doesn't seem too hard to achieve.
The entire An8 saga makes too much sense if the Bully-related clues are taken into account. Bully as the leader ? Not necessarily... but as the inside man, the goon-for-hire who agreed to open the IZ gates to the Aces in exchange for a shot at the title @ BFG, the lieutenant to the brains behind the operation ? I can definitively buy it. And actually, it would be well booked.

I think it was amazing that last night was the first time that Joe ran out to help during the Aces and 8's brawl. I was starting to think he was the leader before that.

I think it was amazing that last night was the first time that Joe ran out to help during the Aces and 8's brawl. I was starting to think he was the leader before that. I think he showed up this past Thursday, too, but yeah, it's very recent that Joe's had ANY involvement whatsoever. As for Bully as a possible inside-man/"lieutenant" for the real chief of the operation, it's at least worth a thought. Either way, this all needs to culminate at BFG. That should be when the shelf-life for any of the mystery is set to run out.

I... kinda want it to be Hogan, just because you know when he reveals himself, it's gonna be "Vince as the Higher Power" all over again.
Hogan: It's me, Austin (brother)! It was me, dude! It was me all along, Austin! Tenay: Oh fiddlesticks!

I want it to be Bruce Prichard so he can turn heel transforming into Brother Love I loved that segment last night, suggesting that it might be someone in that room. I just want it to be D'Lo Brown or Al Snow. Also, does anyone else think we might see more of the rumored masked men make appearances as themselves like Wes Brisco did last night?

Brooke is the leader trying to take over the company from Hulk, thus starting yet another year-long down period for TNA.

As I said in the Impact thread, I think it is Joseph Park at this point. I don't know how they will put all the pieces together to justify Park being the guy, but no one else makes any sense.
I don't think it will be Brooke (even though that does seem like a TNA thing to do) because there would be no chance for payback. Brooke can't take bumps and who on the roster is going to give her the comeuppance she deserves when the storyline concludes?
The storyline has lost some sizzle over the last month so I hope they do something next week to really pick things up again.
