I know it was particularly recent, but the post-Walkout Raw is the only time since I started watching in 1996 that I've actually felt my intelligence insulted to the point of being offended as a viewer.
The worst RAW during the Reign of Terror was either:
The RAW in Spring 2003 when Nash and Triple H brawled through-out the arena, with the rest of the show randomly cutting back to whereever they were. It was so bad that #1 it inspired the June 2003 Raw not-watch protest and #2 it inspired a rumor online that the boring non-stop brawl was an attempt by management to get people to stop chanting ECW.
OR
8/18/2003 - The one with the Kevin Nash-Jericho hair match. Just plodding, horrible. Coincidentally, the next Raw immediately following Summerslam is considered among the best of this era, with Linda getting tombstoned.
As for other bad Raws...
6/30/97 was a dire show at a time when the company was really struggling. This was also when the Arabian Butchers debuted and were never seen again.

Aside from the Nexus debut, people seem to forget how god-awful a show it was three hours prior to that.

6/5/95 Savio Vega pinned Kenny Kendall Psycho Sid pinned Barry Horowitz Jean Pierre Lafitte pinned Jerry Flynn
Yes, it can get way worse. NO ONE can tell me that this is better than 7/9/12.

I get what you're saying, but at the same time, I don't think we should be holding all 1000 episodes to the same standard. 1995 was a vastly different time in the company's history, and as such, I don't think it's fair to be comparing those episodes to anything from the present day.

Most people forget this one, but the Raw after New Years Revolutions 2007 was absolutely dreadful. I won't put up the full results, but in bullet point form: - John Cena vs. The Great Khali was the main event. It ended in a DQ finish.
- Fake Rosie O'Donnell vs. Fake Donald Trump
- Along with her terrible match (which got 'TNA!' chants), the fake Rosie O'Donnell got THREE BACKSTAGE SEGMENTS
- Edge, Orton and HBK didn't compete (selling injuries), HHH wasn't at the show (legit injured)
- Only four actual matches, including a divas match.
This was also the week after K-Fed pinned John Cena.

So it's not fair to say "Well they were all s*** so we shouldn't look at those."? I'm not saying they shouldn't be looked at, I'm just saying that anything that came before the Monday Night Wars needs to be held to its own standard. The MNW completely altered how TV was booked. Instead of mostly squash matches with the occasional roster members squaring off, we started getting PPV calibre matches and main events on a weekly basis. They're two completely different models from two completely different eras, so no, it's not a matter of "oh well, they're all shit", because there are quite a few great Raws from the 93-95 era. I just don't think the two models are comparable in any sense of the word.

That show from Italy in 2007 where Santino Marella won the IC belt in his debut. I fell asleep a half hour into that show. May not be the worst, but I needed to mention it.

I'd vote for the one where Vince McMahon got blown up as being one of the worst. That and take your pic of the guest host ones as well.
The only one that was semi-enjoyable was the Bob Barker one...Jericho on contestant's row + an IRS cameo ;D

Seriously any of the 1 hour Raws is worse than this. Raw meant NOTHING until it became Raw is War. It was the cable Superstars. People need to chill out. Honestly go back and watch some 1998 Raws. Take away Austin's segment and those shows are pretty damn awful too. Unless you love Tennessee Lee and the Dustin Runnells storyline. Sir, how dare you badmouth Tennessee Lee. That man was a legend... :-)

Rock's Birthday Raw and the RAW with Fake Rosie O'Donnell vs. Fake Donald Trump are the only two where I wish I could have my time back.
I liked Little People's Court. *gets hit with a boot*

The Denver Nuggets Raw was horrible and made me embarrassed to be a wrestling fan. It made the WWE look to the pettiest, most childish, most pathetic company in the world with the lame "Eeeenus" segment, the lame "Nuggets vs Lakers" main event and that fake Jack Nicholson they had roaming around for some reason.

To be fair, this episode did finally rid us of Kennedy.

Raw from 1993-96 was a much different show during the 1 hour era. Yes, that show with the Lafitte vs. Flynn match sounds pretty lame, but it was likely just a harmless 1 hour of wrestling squash action.
I took a look back at that July 8, 2002 Raw. That show had RVD nailing Paul Heyman with the first ever 1 man Van Terminator (as in no one helping hold a chair or garbage can). In fact most of the show other than the bad mixed tag and Nash getting hurt sounds pretty good.

Worst Raw ever? Worst this year?
I think people are overreacting. It wasn't a good show but there have been far worse lately.

2 come to mind. July 8th, 2002 - THAT Jackie Gayda match and Nash tears his quad I always forget those two things happened on the same show. Also a HBK promo so boring, a fan screamed "GET TO THE POINT" audibly.
