It's a fine attire...but for Bryan? Doesn't suit him or his character at the moment.
It does look like something Ambrose would wear.

So it's been a day and no newz sites have claimed Bryan's baggage was lost and he had to use Ambrose' gear...

So it's been a day and no newz sites have claimed Bryan's baggage was lost and he had to use Ambrose' gear... I was half expecting it to turn out he'd lost it when he first came out. Not a fan of it TBH. The Maroon is iconic at this point, and a good tribute to Regal.

I always try to say something positive in an appreciation thread, but just...no. DB's 'old' look was classic, why they've Hobo'd him I don't know.

Maybe the Jericho confrontation backstage got to him.

I really like the look, but not on Bryan. Isn't his whole deal supposed to be fancy robes and jackets ala old school heel wrestlers? Why is he dressed like that guy trying to bum a smoke from me outside a store?
I'll echo the "perfect look for Ambrose" sentiment.

Great gear, but not for him.

I was kind of confused as to what he was wearing. My TV reception wasn't very good but the pics I see make it look interesting. However, I'm interested to see if he has them on tonight.
The way I see it, he probably lost his luggage and had the WWE seamstress whip up something really quick. His current gear seems to be very close to his heart since Jill Thompson helped design it and he's really tight with her.
Do you think WWE ordered him to get new gear? Maybe the new gear is supposed to hint at a new darker violent Bryan?
As others have said, maybe it's going to end up being Moxley/Ambrose's gear when he debuts. That would be interesting.

I'll echo the general sentiment of the thread. Looked weird, old stuff better, suits Ambrose.

I found it to be pretty reminiscent of Outsiders-era Scott Hall...to the point that when I first saw it, I sort of assumed it was a spiritual homage to him. Looking at it now though, it doesn't look AS MUCH like Hall's look as I originally thought last night, but I still think he could have at least been the inspiration.

Awful
He should stick to the maroon/white, but with shinier material
Also, ditch the "YES" written on the attire. That's his catchphrase, but having it displayed all over his attire smacks of Flanderisation

Here's some newz I just made up: Bryan was scheduled to win the title last night, but once Vince saw the new gear he nixed the idea because he didn't think Bryan looked like a champion.
Feel free to re-post that everywhere.
