No, no, no. I think too many people have gotten on this anti-Tensai bandwagon; he's seriously not bad. I think he needs some mic time, and a good feud before there's any talk of releasing him. It's not his fault he was stamped with a crappy gimmick.

Will being released ruin the Lord Tensai gimmick?

Definitely not now. It seems like the character is finally starting to click. Between haphazardly throwing the top of the announce desk at Sakamoto, and that crazy beil he did to Ziggler, I thought he looked like an absolute beast last night. Keep him away from slow, plodding, boring squash matches and he'll be looking credible in no time. He's probably not a guy who should be carrying the belt, but with that offense of his, he could do wonders for building sympathy and getting over the midcard.

Just have him do one of those worked shoots that all you kids love these days. Have him say how he was saddled with an awful gimmick and now he's going to be whoever he wants to be. It can' t be worse than his character is now.

Why do wrestling fans hate wrestlers?

Absolutely not. He's starting to become pretty awesome to me. I thought he did well in MITB personally, aside from the awkward powerbomb on Santino, he looked like a monster out there.

Tensai needs a feud with a low card guy where he can ultimately win the feud, but the other guy gets put over as well.

No. I still want the action figure they showed of him over the past weekend at SDCC.

A couple of the btohces were due to ladder positioning more than Tensai, I'd put more on Sin Cara for nearly killing Ziggler (thankfully I'm convinced he's a gummy worm so his flesxibility is unparalleled). He just needs solid feuds , same goes for Ryback after last night, and Brodus Clay. The undefeated hoss archetype is way overdone at this point.

Yes just release him. He's boring as hell and adds absolutely nothing to any situation he's in.

After damn near breaking Ziggler's neck last night with that toss (DON'T CARE BLAMING HIM!!), fire him. You missed Ziggler jumping I take it?

Nah, he's fine as a midcard guy. They just need to stop trying to even pretend his current character is some sort of monster threat.
And Ziggler's hangtime on that toss ( which was damned impressive bit of selling) was all Dolph, certainly not a mistake on Tensai's part.

I hope it doesn't catch up to him eventually.

Better yet, keep him as a monster but have him in the midcard. He's a well developed character in terms of power levels, so they might as well keep him like that but mostly involved in the midcard. That way if some midcard face beats him, it will look like a huge accomplishment.

Unless someone is actually causing problems in some way shape or form, he or she should never be released. If the company can't afford to pay them, that's one thing. But a bad gimmick doesn't mean a guy should lose his job. That's creative's fault; not the performer's.

They don't need to release him, they just need to book him better.

Let see,he is slow,he is not entertaining,he is quite old for wrestling standards and he bores me everytime he is on the screen.
I dont want to see him released, but the paycheck could be used for someone more interesting,or even the push.

Tensai's Ziggler Toss should keep him around for a while longer.

They really kinda f***ed up by making him do this quasi-Great Muta style of the slow, pick-em-apart kind of thing he's doing, because he was much more fast-paced as Giant Bernard, and really, he just looks silly with all the face paint and stuff.
