I don't want to do yoga with an insane amount of pain in my groin area, so I'll choose DDP

Dear God this is SO SO SO incorrect. Don't base your assessment on her being female. The MAJORITY of her workout is squats, pushups, lifting that you can do with weights. She uses weighted gloves, or as she says on Twitter the addition of hand-weights. You do a lot of lunges, arm curls in many different positions, two variations of squats and push-ups etc. If I do the whole thing in a day I end up doing 40 squats, 40 push ups, 60 types of curls, 20 lunges, 40 sit ups, and not to mention all of the other positions in the work-out. It's a complete bodily strength training regimen that you can supplement with your running or deadlifting etc... Trish's workout is 85% strength training and about 15% stretching. Do you know how hard it is to do all that with a boner? LOL. Exactly.

DDP legitmately comes off as the coolest, most laid-back dude on the planet. The whole Trish as the uber-hot yoga instructor doesn't float my boat since I was always more of fan of, well...Molly Holly's body type. Now if it was HER instead....rowr.
