So, the last Austin Powers came out some 10 years ago, and I know that a 4th one has been rumored to be in the works for a while now.
However, do you want another Austin Powers movie? Also, do you think it'd do well? I think with all of the 90's nostalgia we're seeing right now, it could do well - but that doesn't mean it'd be a good movie. I used to want a sequel, but I think it might just be better to let the franchise lie where it is.
What do you think?

NO.
I didn't much care for Goldmember, and I think the window of time for another sequel closed about five years ago.

No, we don't need another sequel that just rehashes jokes from the previous movies.
I honestly think the first movie was the only one of the three that was actually funny.

No. The first two were great, and then Goldmember was just alright. I shudder to think how bad a 4th one would be so many years after the fact.

We wouldn't be missing much, there was a flock of seagulls and a gas shortage. That's about it.

I ultimately wouldn't be opposed, but it seems like it would be tough to recapture the magic of the first two since {Spoiler}Dr. Evil turned good at the end of Goldmember . So yeah, they'd have to great a pretty legendary villain. Preferably one not played by Mike Meyers. And NOT Seth Green.

Only if they actually put effort into it, unlike the phoning in that was Goldmember.

I don't know, I think if you make Scott Evil, just a super disgustingly evil person and have Dr. Evil and Austin have to stop him it could be fun.

I'm not a big Austin Powers fan in the first place, though I did see the second one in the theater with a friend who wanted to go and I had a good enough time watching that I suppose. I didn't even bother with the third movie though, so I really can't see myself caring to see a new one.
I would love to see a third Wayne's World movie, however.

Mike Myers wasn't funny in Goldmember and hasn't been funny at all since.

Mike Myers went from being a clever guy to someone who banks on his star power assume people will "just laugh". Goldmember was one of the biggest insults to comedy I have ever seen, I'm not even kidding, I didn't even laugh once. And it seems like he's content with pissing people like myself off with other movies like Cat in the Hat or Love Guru, neither of which I saw...but just seeing the trailers or posters set me off in a angry rage. A 4th Austin Powers wouldn't work much like I didn't feel the latter two Austin movies weren't good because they relied on too much comedy outside of the parody the first movie being a parody on Bond spy movies. A 3rd Wayne's World movie would likely be botched as well since Mike Myers prefers to make himself laugh, rather than his audience. Go away Mike Myers...go away and never return.

It's kind of a shame there's such insistence on parodying older Bond films, because an AP film poking fun at the current gritty Daneil Craig films, with Austin and Dr. Evil completely out of their element in a down to earth and grim reality alongside a darker and edgier secret agent might be pretty fun.

Considering that Goldmember felt like a mediocre parody of the past two Austin Powers films, I can't even imagine what a fourth one 10+ years later would be like.

Mike Myers seems to only make movies when he can think up enough jokes to try to turn into forced memes to fill up an hour and a half, then throw a loose story around them.

What I do find hilarious is there was supposed to be a Sprockets movie made and Myers turned that down because "he didn't want to rip his audience off with a bad movie". So apparently, that was going to be one of the worst movies ever made.
