Something a lot of people don't realize is that The Rock's famous promo on Billy Gunn happened on Sunday Night Heat in 1999 and not on an episode of Raw. Hell, even WWE didn't realize this when they showed a Tout video of one guy saying this was his favorite Raw moment of all time.
So that got me to thinking, is this the best Heat moment in the history of the WWE? I can't think of anything else as memorable outside of the Halftime Heat episode, but I don't know if that's as good as this was.

Half Time Heat is the only thing I can think of that can top it

Nothing comes close IMO.
Triple H's The Game interview with J.R. was pretty important, too.

Charlie Haas crawling under the ring and putting on the mask were my favorite Heat moments.

For me it will always be Vince unraveling the giant Rock poster on the Rock Bottom HeAT. It was the only thing I remembered from that night, and I was really disappointed when I went back last year to watch the show and it wasn't on the tape.

I just watched it. I'm not a Rock fan and this is just more of the same so why was it so great?

I was there when that promo was cut. It was just a Heat taping (yes they did individual tapings for Heat back in those days) capped off my an awesome dark match main event of Rock/Austin vs. Taker/HHH. Awesome show overall and little known fact is that it also featured Gangrel turning on Edge in a six-man tag kicking off the eventual babyface run of E&C.

My favorite was the night Austin stunned EVERYONE! I was there live and after the cameras went off, I never seen Austin drink so many damn beers at one time. This is after seeing him live at least 3 or 4 times. It was ridiculous how much he got down his throat. Also, awesome main event of Rock vs Triple H. I still remember Shane and Triple H had a stand off and H went from serious mode to doing some weird dance, which made Chyna crack up.

One of my favorite moments was when The Rock ran down The Corporation because of his "paranoia" about The Big Show
My time is hard time what kind of stupid crap is that???

I just watched it. I'm not a Rock fan and this is just more of the same so why was it so great? It basically helped torpedo any chance of the fans taking Billy Gunn seriously as a main eventer.

Wasn't Miankind being trained by Dominic DeNucci, Iron Sheik and Mr. Bob Backlund on Heat, before St. Valentine's Day Massacree? If so, that's up there for me.

I liked whenever Steven Richards did the old RTC salute before his suplex, Lita would make the Twist of Fate "AHHHHHH" shout on commentary.
