I wouldn't mind seeing Elisha Cuthbert as Enchantress, for two obvious reasons I disagree wholeheartedly. But we can at least agree anyone besides January Jones. Never January Jones, she was the weak link in First Class

He was also Rochefort in that cheesy as hell Three Musketeers film from last year. One of the only good performances in the film, and arguably the only guy who took it seriously, because he was the least hammy of all the actors in it. Everyone else, EVERYONE ELSE hammed it up to high heaven. I think Orlando Bloom isn't considered kosher because of that movie.

Never January Jones, she was the weak link in First Class I quite like a review of Cyborg 2 I saw recently which started by outlining the difference between cyborgs and androids with the line "Cyborgs of note include the Terminator, Robocop and Janurary Jones."

He was obviously in this just for the paycheck.

Loki should be kept to a supporting role for the sequel. I think the character should be kept around through these movies, definitely, but Avengers is all the payoff he needs as far as being a major antagonist for the time being.
Also, I have no idea who Mikkelsen is so... Yeah.

If anything Loki should be locked up in an Asgardian cell through out the movie, and the post credit scene could be Thor returning to Asgard only to find the palace trashed and Loki missing, not escaped but forcibly taken.

Loki needs to not play a villain here and be a Hannibal Lectur style advisor. Enchantress and Skurge are bringing magic down on Asgard, Odin is compromised or fallen in to the Odin sleep again, so Thor has no choice but to go and ask Loki for help. I think that'd be a great way to go about it; Loki would want to help keep Asgard intact (how else is he supposed to rule it?), and he's kind of in the "okay, everyone knows I'm a villain, time to dial it back and make them think I'm not really that bad so I can betray them again later" part of the cycle anyway.
