Bound For Glory is supposed to be TNA's biggest show of the year.
Going in, it doesn't feel like it at all to me.

Tuning in for the Beer Money match for certain. Can't even begin tell you how happy I am that Robert Roode is getting a title push.

i think he has a very good chance of winning at BFG too, given both that I can see Angle being fine in putting him over and potentially any backoffice worries about Angle's stability at the moment.
The Hogan angle was every bit as predictable as virtually everybody here thought, but you just couldn't see Hulk Hogan quietly exiting for a million-and-a-half viewers on Spike TV.

Wow. I'm surprised they had Roode go over Storm and generally look as strong as he has, but I guess now if Roode wins the title then Storm can turn heel. It is refreshing to see a new face in the main event. The Angle/Anderson/Sting/RVD strangehold on the title scene was getting tiresome. If Roode wins the title, then that automatically bumps Storm up to main event level too, which is exactly what TNA needs right now.
The Hogan fake retirement was dumb. I honestly think if TNA had hyped up a Hogan retirement and actually delivered on it (ala Flair in the WWE) then they would have gotten ratings for it. Hogan has a big fanbase. Given that this is taped three weeks in advance, no one is going to buy the retirement angle after word spreads. Regardless, they have been building to Hogan/Sting since Hogan debuted in the company so at least they are doing the logical ending. I just don't know how they can overbook this to overcome Hogan's back problems. Unless Sting bumps around for 10 minutes before the finish.
It doesn't appear that they continued the Jarrett/Kazarian stuff that they started in the last set of tapings so maybe they won't go with that match.
Hogan/Sting Angle/Roode Ray/Anderson Styles/Daniels RVD/Lynn Morgan/Crimson/Joe Knockouts Match Aries/Kendrick MA/Ink Inc.
They could always add Hardy/Abyss/Storm vs. Jarrett/Steiner/Gunner (or something along those lines) to give those guys something to do at the PPV. That is still a ton of matches, and surprisingly none of the matches look forced (other than maybe the tag title match). Everything else has had tons of build-up.

Why is Angle cool with JJ now? Is there some rule that if you banish your hated rival to Mexico when he comes back you can be BFFs?

so did hardy not appear on the second tapeing? I am pretty mixed on these spoilers, the Beer Money stuff should be awesome, but the Hogan/Sting interactions not so much...

I don't get why they have Gunner look like an animal stretchering out Kaz then job him in a handicap match against Roode. They have no concept of momentum.
