I attempted it a couple of times, but genetically bad knees don't work out well. Wanted to be a booker, talked about booking a card with some students with a reputable British company after watching them train, but the first show all my plans were changed over my head, thought 'screw this' and went away. It's a shame, I have a few battle royal scenarios I'd like to try, I'd planned out about 6 months of story fitting what the trainees were doing and capable of.

No offense, but if your first thought was screw this when your plans were changed for a company that you weren't the booker for in the first place and you were just dealing with trainees...you aren't cut out to be a booker anyway.

I wanna do some wrestling training but first I'd need to get into better shape, as I am lazy. And not sure which schools are in Melbourne.

I almost pursued it, but decided I didn't want to deal with the injuries. I don't want to be a broken man in my forties. I think you'll regret not doing it, to be honest.

I just expected someone to follow their word at least once, that's all. Someone says 'book something for these kids' then doesn't do a single thing you've said, without feedback after not actually talking to you to help you out for 3 months, I have better things to do with my time. They were lessons, they were being trained to wrestle, I was being trained to book, if I'm giving you money to do something for me, then do it.

Wrestled throughout the state of Michigan from age 15-23 under the name "Psycho" Jack Kittel. Based myself on an old country singer that was from Muskegon, which is my birth town, and even used one of his songs as my entrance.

Been wrestling since 2000. And I actually make money at it so I'm a legit "pro". Yeah same here, this was something I was going to point out, i hate the amount of lads out there that consider themselves pro when they are working for free or not making money out of it... ugh.

Not entirely the same, but I reffed here in the Memphis area for about a year. Worked with a couple talent from Ace Baretta's company, oddly enough. The Asylum are such great guys.

I know man, so I'm kinda glad it happened, I hate that kinda thing dealing with it all the time I'd kill myself, can focus on more rewarding things now.

My fear in regards to being able to do wrestling is my arthritis. The cold has been getting to it really bad, and by cold, usually -10 or lower is what starts getting to me and stiffens me up. My foot has also been bothering me recently, but it may also be from the cold and the arthritis, because usually when I'm in a somewhat warmer area, I'm a lot more mobile. That, and walking on concrete and steel grating all day probably doesn't help matters either.
