Rick Rude hands down.
Cody Rhodes is looking ripped these days as well.

Besides Rude, another man I thought of was I remember a thread I started a couple of years ago about what wrestling physique would you most like to have and I voted Muraco then as well.

I just can't see most of the very muscular guys being as healthy as somebody like Shawn Michaels in his last few years in the WWE. Shawn was very fit looking, and healthy while maintaining a decent amount of mass and strength.
A few other guys who fit into that category probably have the overall "best" bodies in wrestling. Ziggler, Rhodes, maybe Orton. You never know what those guys are on though. I might be naive in thinking it, but maybe HBK and CM Punk are all natural.
As far as most impressive goes, I'll have to give that to Batista at his peak. Guy looked like he was cut out of granite.

Both of the Road Warriors were unbelievably cut, but not freakishly muscular in the 1980s long before they ever came to the WWF(E). By the time they got their they lost a lot of the impressiveness of their physiques. Throwback's pic is from the era when Hawk (and Animal for that matter) were both really impressive.
Also, John Morrison for what its worth is worth consideration in the modern era. Though I don't think anyone can compare to some guys from the 1980s.
So off the top of my head I'll go with the 1980s Road Warriors.

Rick Rude is the 1st name that came to mind, but I'm pretty sure he used steroids (Why did he die so young?). Scott Hall also looked incredible in the mid- to late-90s. RVD ranks highly, as does Sid Justice.

I would never want to look like Don Muraco or Rick Rude. The "about to explode" look doesn't strike me as healthy.
Cody Rhodes is about right. Orton probably has the best naturally built bone structure of any wrestler out there on top of whatever post roid training he does. Kinda lucked out there.
