The band's now aware of the various propechies surrounding them, and why the Tribunal is after them. Sadly, Toki's been kidnapped by the masked hitman, alongside with their new producer Abigail, so assumably the next season will chronicle the rescue effort.

Yeah, same here. I haven't watched the show in years but I like it. But listening to their music on it's own is really just a novelty, which sucks because the band is made up of talented musicians.

I love listening to Dethklok. One of the few "novelty" bands I have not gotten remotely tired of, mainly because I love their sound and they aren't necessarily comedy.

I gotta agree here. I like the show a lot, and the music's actually halfway competent, but I kinda cringe when some people say Dethklok's one of the best death metal bands around.

My personal opinion, but I think iif the songs were more based in comedy, I'd probably like them more. As it is now, it's almost like they're trying to be both a novelty band and a serious band and it's not really working out either way.
