It's weird they'd do that real estate update with the new land area then immediately do the monorail stuff Sadly that seems to be the new way of doing things. Get an update/new level followed closely by an event or an event that they drop an update in the middle of. They at least make so it is not impossible to get stuff done though, gave up on the Family Guy game thanks to that. Plus Springfield Heights is meant to keep people playing for months and not just a few check ins. Yeah that recent Family Guy event was dreadful, either you needed to pay for stuff or just be lucky. The Monorail event was easy for me at least

Hey they added something useful today.
You can now use the unemployment office to send all of the people that aren't currently doing anything to do a job at the same time.
Makes it way easier than having to tap 100+ characters in a row.

Makes it way easier than having to tap 100+ characters in a row. They added a bunch of jobs as well. Almost everyone has a 1, 4, 8, 12 and 24 hour solo task. Some do require previously unused buildings like the Knowledium though. The Unemployment Office to send people on tasks cost 25% of what you'd earn. You have to clear them one by one as well instead of doing it at once at the Unemployment office. Hopefully that changes though. {Spoiler}{Spoiler} There is also the IRS Building in the works that will clear money from buildings for you. This has been rumored to be something has to be leveled up though, only working a certain distance around the building with each level

I would have liked if you could autocollect but... at least it saves a shitload of time clicking twice instead of over 200 times to get everyone to go do something.

Also the IRS building makes your tap a pulse thing that collects anything that's finished including people.
So that's nice.

Yeah, maxed out the IRS building and it is awesome. Went from taking 10 minutes to collect to 2 or 3.

I've said it before and I'm saying it again, but I got WAY burned out on this game and took a very extended break so I've missed out on a lot. I want to get going before the Halloween event starts though, so I'm back at it for now. Have they made any improvements to visiting friends? One of the biggest things that bugged me was how long that took me.

I finally got the ziff mansion at 500 million and was disappointed that it really doesn't do or trigger anything. Just is like any other building

The IRS thing is great.
I've been playing more now that collection and assigning tasks has been simplified.
Also, anybody who hasn't, add me: TorontoMike931

So uh... the Halloween update looks to have broken the Unemployment office as it no longer gives me the option to send people out.

So uh... the Halloween update looks to have broken the Unemployment office as it no longer gives me the option to send people out. It looks to be turned off for Hallowen because of all the random assigned tasks that will be coming. Also, check all the character costumes from past events for Halloween related rewards.

I finally got Tapped Out working on my BlueStacks emulator on my PC, and I'm so happy to finally be playing this game.
I'm at Level 7, with my dream goal right now being unlocking Hans Moleman.

Congrats! This game is super fun when you're getting started.
I'll be so glad when this Halloween event is over. Kind of been disappointed by it.
