WWE spent the better part of a decade trying to convince us that Hardcore Holly had the "best dropkick in the business." So that's gotta count for something, right? Well he was the first person who came to my mind so they accomplished something with that. Although having the best dropkick in the business is like saying your NFL team is the best because they have the best shovel pass in the business.

I voted Other, my pick is Masato Yoshino, I love the hangtime he gets on his missile dropkicks

Manami Toyota. She would run full-speed at the opponent and then just get both feet up into the chest.

I voted for Maven, AJ Styles, and Chris Sabin, but I'll also give an honorable mention to Paul London's sweet drop-sault.

Brad Armstrong, best in the business. Curt Hennig, VERY close second. Kevin Von Erich
Heck, you can pick ANY Von Erich and you can't go wrong. They all knew how to do that dropkick.
(Edit: Sorry, I thought we were talking of all-time.)

Me, Too.
My pick: the Rock and Roll Express, and their Double dropkick. Not only did both guys have good solid, individual dropkicks, but they had to coordinate them perfectly to look like they were hitting the opponent at precisely the same time.

The way Bob Holly's dropkick looked was like he could hit the guy in the chest and flip over onto his feet, that's how good it was. And that never changed as he got "bigger". Doug Furnas, too. That was like the move of the '80s.
