Big Brother will never die, will it? It's cheap to make and holds it's own well enough against the reruns and other meh stuff the competition trots-out during the summer.

Always Sunny's coming back soon, curious to see if Charlie's more of a focus off of his newfound success.
And wow, Mac lost ALL the weight.

Ratings for Thursday, September 27Solid debut for CBS's Elementary. ABC's Last Resort did modestly, but unfortunately I don't see it lasting very long. Big mistake putting it in a timeslot they've long had trouble with. Season premiere of Two And a Half Men was way down from last year, but that was to be expected since there was a lot of hype leading into last season.

The most shocking thing about that report is that "Last Call with Carson Daly" is still on the air.

Ratings for Sunday, September 30Of course football won the night. Nearly all the returning shows were down from last season. Bob's Burgers was the only show up, but then again its season premiere last season was in March. 666 Park Avenue premiere numbers were nothing special.

2 Broke Girls got a higher rating than HIMYM??? Preposterous. HIMYM: Old and busted. 2 Broke Girls: New hotness. Doesn't matter how good a show may be, if it's been on a while, people will naturally just lose interest.

Go On is just there for me. I'm watching it because I like Matthew Perry and John Cho, but I'm really unsure whether I really like it or not. If it's on for the rest of the season, I'll probably continue to watch.
I'm happy they picked up Revolution as I do like it.

I gave "The New Normal" 3 episodes but I don't like it. I turned it off 20 minutes into the last episode because I was just bored with it.
"Ben and Kate" is about to hit Week 3 of there initiation. Both episodes are okay, but nothing too great. Next Tuesday will determine if I keep watching it or not.
"Vegas" I liked, gave the 2nd episode a watch last night, so far so good. Doesn't feel like a normal crime drama, I hope they keep it going, I like the dynamic of Chiklis/Quaid.
"Elementary" was....different on terms of being a "Sherlock Holmes" series. I didn't find it bad, I sorta liked it, its a different approach, I'm taking a "see-and-wait" approach with this one, I feel like it can get better as Miller gets more into the character in spite of Lucy Liu's presence.
Loving the start of Season 7 of "Dexter", they aren't playing around and I'm happy to see that. I think there was more story progression in the last episode than there was in the last 2 seasons, great start.
Got into "The Walking Dead" over the course of the last week or so. Season 1 was great, 2 episodes into Season 2 and I'm hooked. Hoping to finish in time for Season 3 in about a few weeks.
"30 Rock" premieres this week for its final season, sad to see it go, one of my all-time favorites.
I might watch "The Simpsons" this year, I really don't know yet. I haven't watched the show full time since at least 2005.
Otherwise, looking ahead to "Nashville" in a few weeks. Curious to see how that goes.

Really seems like NBC and ABC have swapped places.
