Rock Band: We kinda talked about this in another thread, but I really love the idea of adding more RPG elements to it. New music would always be available, and instruments pretty much always play the same, but the actual band element itself would be radically altered. You design a character (or characters...or even choose from the various generic characters the game has) and go through the ups and downs of being in a rock band...from it's humble beginnings to it's huge rise, to even some of the ups and downs...and maybe even eventual fall of the band. All the storylines would be randomly generated, similarly to Smackdown: Here comes the pain. If you don't have a band of four (maybe five?) friends playing and have the CPU playing say...drummer or something...what happens when the CPU character wants to go solo? Or if a manager wants more money from the band? Additional storylines could even develop from those storylines, like the CPU character actually being successful and becoming serious competition for the bad, to the manager maybe either getting his/her raise and really doing great for the band or getting his/her raise and proving to not be worthy of it and making things harder on the band. Crowds play a bigger role. The more successful the band, the less important stuff like messing up a note is. However costume, hair, or even body type changes might alter the crowd's attitude (Londoners might love your Charles the Bloody spiked jacket, and start off with very high fan approval (and missed notes make less difference) while wearing your Dr. Acula cape in Seattle might start you off with lower fan approval (and stuff like missing notes having a huge negative impact) I just like the idea of adding a small RPG element to the game, giving greater custom items to players and even adding some sort of DLC for new items later on. If they actually did things like that, that genre may not have fallen off a cliff like it did.

My next Sonic game: A collaboration between Sonic Team and Sega of America, the former developing the gameplay (think Sonic Generations with its mix of side scrolling and 3rd person view) and the latter handling part of the plot. A Sega-fied Sally Acorn is playable and Eggman is far more menacing.

Bubsy 3DD.
A HD remake of Bubsy 3D with scantily clad women everywhere and an extremely unnecessary amount of gore...
And Bubsy is now a Velociraptor.

Dead Rising 3 It's remember how 2 was in a Vegas knock-off? Like that but with but on South Beach. The most ridiculously stereotyped South Beach you can come up with.
HORDES OF ZOMBIES SPORTING GUAYABERAS, UNBUTTONED TROPICAL SHIRTS AND WHITE SUITS! Wrecked sports cars everywhere. Getting all the survivors to a Megayacht so that you can escaped the quarantined beach zone to Havana before the Government blows everything to atoms! (AGAIN!). All the survivors are ridiculous criminal, tourist and hispanic stereotypes. Complete with at least one who is a tourist trapped on his balcony but is still taking pictures of the zombies.
Keep Combo Weapons and the hated Time Limit. Bring back the Camera and GIVE THE LEAD CHARACTER A MOTHERf***ING DIGITAL WATCH!!!!

Red Dead Redemption: I'd pretty much keep it the same, except it would be a prequel about Landon Ricketts.

A 2D Zelda that's basically the spiritual successor to Link's Awakening, something that would strip away many of the familiar aspects of the series and replace them with something more innovative while keeping the Zelda feel. Crucially I'd make the items more useful rather than making you play 90% of the game with a sword.
Sadly I can't imagine them making a game without Zelda, Ganon, the triforce, Master Sword etc these days.
If I was allowed to do a smaller series I'd make an open-world Oddworld game.

Street Fighter with an open world/career mode.
Similar to that, a wrestling game that has you start off in the Indies and has you work your way up to the WWE with a story that changes depending on what choices you make at various points in the game. If possible, having it in certain time periods would be pretty fun too.

I'd create a new GTA that takes place over decades. It would have to be a three-disc deal but I'd have it run from the 70s all the way up until today. The amount this sucker would cost and the time it'd take to create...it'd be out on the PS5 and Xbox 1440 eventually.
I'd also reboot Silent Hill. It desperately needs a makeover and first on my list would be to upgrade the combat.

Similar to that, a wrestling game that has you start off in the Indies and has you work your way up to the WWE with a story that changes depending on what choices you make at various points in the game. If possible, having it in certain time periods would be pretty fun too. An Omni-liscensed wrestling game with a true rags to riches career mode would be sick. You'd have to have the various indys work out angles with you though. It couldn't just feel like a grind to get to the WWE. If you want to straight up work exclusively for PWG, then that should be your business and the game should not punish you for making that decision. Even better if it's sandboxy, like, when you're not working, you're free. Maybe you need to do some part-time work to keep yourself afloat, maybe you're just a gym rat, maybe you're out on the town causing problems and whatnot. You should be free to live the life you choose and there should be repercussions. Like if all you do is lift weights all day, you'll have the body, the "look," but not necessarily any friends. Some politicking should be in order. Not that you have to suck promoter tailpipe everywhere you go, but that too should be an option. Maybe you blow off working out to go have drinks with a few guys one time. Maybe one of those guys tells the promoter he has a buddy they should take a look at when faced with injury fill-in or otherwise dead spot on his card. Maybe not. Maybe you're a backstabbing bridgeburner that stiffs people, no shows events he feels aren't worth his time that buries the hell out of any and everyone whenever you get a camera in his face. Make it all viable. I know it's rather unrealistic in terms of actually acquiring all the individual licenses, but I SO want a game that would allow me to play as some indy nobody that struts around like they're God's gift to wrestling.

You guys wouldn't want me to have total freedom. I would:
- Give the next Mario game a different story that doesn't involve Peach getting kidnapped at all and Mario a personality
- Give Legend of Zelda voice acting including Link who would actually speak in sentences
- All WWE games from now on run off the WWE All-Stars engine
- Resurrect Sonic X-Treme
- Add hats to Call of Duty
- Immideiately kill off Shadow(and JUST Shadow) in the very first cutscene in the next Sonic game
- Kill off Rico in opening cutscene in the next Killzone
- Make a Uncharted/Tomb Raider crossover where Drake and Lara fall madly in love with each other
- Another Metroid game where Samus talks
- The next Mario platformer doesn't star Mario. Instead it will star Luigi and Waluigi.
- The next Madden plays more like NFL Blitz
So, yeah, I'd just go crazy.
On a serious note, however, I'd have the next WWE game(or at least on exclusive to one console), run off a tweaked and modernized DoR engine and remove the gender restrictions.

I want a new Fear Effect game. Resident Evil back to the roots with fixed camera angles, limited supplies and no f***ing multi player. Lego Avengers

A HD, non-rushed storyline version of Vagrant Story. A punishing but utterly delightful RPG.

A fully open ended Marvel RPG in the style of Ultimate Alliance but with... The option to select your team from literally the entire Marvel roster (both villains and heroes) witch each character having his/her own recruitment mission. (Maybe a cap on 20 characters to stop you recruiting everyone!) An option to play as good or evil Your in-game choices matter and make differences for the story, similar to the first two Mass Effect games. Great AI, your enemy (Say the Avengers if you play as evil or, The Masters of Evil if you play as goodies) selects opponents perfect to counter your own team) A wide variety of different missions and paths to choose from so no play through is the same twice A "friendship" or loyalty meter similar to Mass Effect. Earn a characters loyalty, you get extra missions, bonus abilities etc Lots of locations like Atlantis, the Skrull home planet, Age of Apocalypse dimension etc Okay... it may be a bit erm... difficult for current consoles to run. But I still want it! Although I'd settle for Molly Hayes to become a playable character in a marvel game

I'd take Street Fighter and ensure that absolutely everything I want in the in the game is in the first version so I don't have to waste my time with DLC.
If you want to add something, just add it and be done with it, damnit!

Oh, I also wouldn't mind doing an open world Resident Evil: Outbreak File #3.
You get to custom make your character and would get to pick from certain classes to define your playing style(ie, if you play as a police officer or someone with military training, you'll be more accurate with firearms and can throw off zombies quicker than say someone who is a normal civilian).
And make it like GTA4 where there is a free-roam multiplayer mode where you and X amount of people(I would try and get at least a 120 player minimum maximum size) can run around Raccoon City just doing whatever.
Hell I think the gameplay in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City would fit this kind of game well, only thing I would really change from that game is make ammo more scarce(there are literally crates of ammo in RE:ORC).

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2
- Two major storylines: Camarilla and Sabbat - Open up the clans. Tremere, Brujah, Malkavian, Toreador, Nosferatu, and Ventrue start off Camarilla. Lasombra and Tzimisce start of Sabbat. Giovanni, Gangrel, and Assamite start off independent (Followers of Set and Ravnos not playable) - Characters have the ability to go antitribu and join the other side. - Takes place immediately after the Week of Nightmares, when the Ravnos Antediluvian wakes and nearly wipes out his entire clan. Plotlines deal with Camarilla and Sabbat reactions, inter-faction warring, and dealing with members of the Followers of Set trying to take advantage of the situation.
