Does anyone know where I can find one that is complete, but fairly brief? I feel like re-living some memories.

I can probably give you one, depending on how much detail you want.
Late 2004 - Special K began to splinter into two groups after Becky Bayless and Lacey began a tiff with one another. - Dan Maff and BJ Whitmer were still a tag team.
Early-mid 2005 - Maff and Whitmer win the tag team titles. This is short lived as Maff leaves the promotion leaving the belts in limbo. Whitmer is given another shot with a partner of hi choice, he chooses Jimmy Jacobs and they win the belts. - Special K essentially breaks up with Becky's half winning the rights to the Special K name and relinquishing it all together. The remaining members aligned with Lacey come under her guidance as Lacey's Angels. They meet little noteworthy success.
Late 2005 - Lacey loses patience with her stable's inability to succeed and drops the members, announcing that she would debut new members soon. - Meanwhile Whitmer and Jacobs lose their belts to the team of Tony Mamaluke and Sal Rinauro. They were then announced as being the newest clients of Lacey. She began by giving Jimmy Jacobs a makeover, and he began showing infatuation towards her affecting his ability to concentrate which irritated Whitmer.
2006 - Jacobs debuts his first song dedicated to Lacey. The Angels get a tag shot against Generation Next, but come out short thanks to Jacobs being unable to concentrate on the match. Afterward Whitmer assaults Jacobs and leaves the stable. - This leads to a match between the two where a scary botch of a top rope powerbomb almost killed both men. Yet they finish the match with Whitmer winning. They continue to face each other throughout the rest of the year. Eventually Jacobs injures Whitmer's ankle taking him out for the remainder of the year. - While all this is going on Lacey was revealed to have entered into a relationship with Colt Cabana, breaking Jacob's heart. They wrestle as a tag team, but have little success. Eventually Lacey asks Cabana to join Lacey's Angels but he refuses, and encourages Jacobs to leave her. Instead Jimmy attacks Cabana with Lacey's shoe. Around this time Albright is hired by Lacey to help Jacobs in his battles with Whitmer and Cabana. - Somewhere around this time Jimmy debuts two more music videos. The later one showing a new more intense and angry Jacobs.
Early-mid 2007 - Jacobs and Cabana continue to war against each other with Cabana eventually coming out on top in a Chicago Street fight. - Whitmer also returns and the two battle in a bloody steel cage match. Jacobs ends up winning the match despite seriously injuring his ankle. Afterward we see Lacey uncharacteristically showing warmth and compassion towards the bloody ad beaten Jacobs. - Jimmy and Lacey are shown going on dates in a series of videos. This concludes with a shot of them in bed, with Lacey snuggling up to Jimmy while the latter looks despondent. That leads into the AOTF angle.

I really enjoyed Colt's part in this! might have to watch some old ROH footage again sometime soon.

Pretty simple. Jimmy LOVED Lacy, fought an uphill battle to get her, got her, and didn't really care in the end. AOTF.
As Starshine has illustrated though, it is really one of most enduring and continuous wrestling angles in the history of time. Respect.
That's some identifiable shit too. He wanted a woman so badly that he essentially lost himself to get her, or found himself, or whatever.

One of ROH's best angles ever. One thing I would have loved to see was one Gabe wanted to do with the finish of the Aries/Jacobs "I Quit" match. Basically, he wanted Lacey to come down and grab the mic, and to stop all the chaos, by saying "if you love me, you'll quit". And then after a few seconds, Jimmy says "I quit". It would have been a great way to tie everything up.

I always wondered why Lacy never got into WWE.

As a side note, on the "Women of Honor" shoot that ROH released with Lacey, Daizee Haze, and Allison Danger, they talk about this a bit. Daizee goes on a hilarious rant about the music video, and Allison mentions that she had been by Jimmy's recently, and he had a framed picture of Lacey on his desk. Lacey just looked kind of uncomfortable and quietly said, "Yeah."

Don't forget the part where Whitmer, trying to hit Jacobs, accidentally hit Lacey with Jimmy's "tribute-to-Bruiser-Brody" railroad spike!
That's when Jimmy went "From Kiss to Kill".
The continuity in the storyline was amazing, but I also loved its take on the "nice guy/sucker chases the unattainable girl" angle most guys can relate to on some level. Jimmy puts himself through hell with no logical reason to believe Lacey will ever like him for it, but once she does...he then realizes how getting laid simply didn't balance out with nearly dying from a botched top rope powerbomb, getting thrown into a Chicago Street Fight, and busting his ankle in a steel cage, let alone all the emotional angst that went with it. He had built her up as his ultimate reason for doing all these things, and the impact of realizing it wasn't worth it absolutely breaks his already fragile mind.
That's pretty friggin' deep for a wrestling angle.

Did ROH ever put out a compilation DVD of this angle (or the Jacobs-Whitmer feud)?

Doubt they ever will now though Why do you doubt that such a compilation will ever be published? Both Whitmer and Jacobs are still on good terms with ROH, aren't they?
