That was the most amazing Smackdown I can remember. Every K-Bry segment was gold.
Do you think they should do more "themed" Smackdowns where they show is based around one team/faction/wrestler?

My only problem right now with this whole thing is that they the seem very close to AJ-ing the two of them and overexpose the gimmick.
I enjoyed every segment with them tonight, but I certainly wouldn't want them to do it every week

Bryan popping out of the box "I DO NOT HAVE... A GOAT FACE!" was awesome  Plus Dr Shelby is utterly hilarious. I hope he sticks around for the long haul. |

I'm thining this whole thing with Kane and Bryan is leading to them working together, and celebrating their unity as a team by beating the crap out of Dr. Shelby.

I enjoyed it too, but I think they should reign it in for the next few shows. Being involved in 3 matches, a promo segment and 3 backstage segments is a hell of a lot for one 2 hour show.
The opening segment with Edge was great though, including Sandow.

I was debating on staying in or going to Dredd. I chose the former and caught most of Smackdown. Glad I did. It was awesome. Everything was about wrestling. Everyone had something to do. Stuff happened. I like how Antonio finally did something heelish by coldly dumping Aksana because her injury cost him the match. I like the Jinder, Heath, Drew beat down of Brodus. Slater's air guitar taunt is hilarious. And of course the Kane, Bryan rampage at the end was glorious. The episode was an instant classic.

After the first segment I checked the spoilers to see where this would lead. After realizing they would base an entire show around this story line I turned off Smackdown and watched Alien for the first time.
I made the right decision.

It had it's moments, but that was way overkill for a 2 hour show. If this keeps up next week, I'll be done with Smackdown for a while.

Sure WWE, you got two wrestlers which are comedy gold together, no need to push them down everyone's throat until they get sick of them. Give them screen-time, but don't have them dominate the entire show every week. |

I hope they were going for annoying with the constant "Iiiii am the tag team champions!!" shtick, because I join Shelby and Edge in screaming at the top of my lungs for them to STFU

I enjoyed every segment with them tonight, but I certainly wouldn't want them to do it every week I think that Bryan & Kane could actually help carry SmackDown for now while they're tag champs, and help streamline the rosters a bit more. All the tag teams except for the Colons are SD guys anyway. |
