Wasn't there a massive A1 paper sized (maybe even bigger) John Cena head at a ppv in 2011? I am pretty sure it was shown straight after the fireworks and there was a gif made of it

I remember seeing a big pink "DDP EATS DICK" banner on Nitro once. Speaking of DDP, I was at a Philly show where someone came walking down the steps with a "DDP fears Ovens" sign. The thought process that goes through one's mind when they create such a sign? Especially in Philly, I guess he just assumed Jewish people don't watch wrestling and wouldn't be there. Probably got his ass beat. LOL.

There were signs in the late 90s that said Sushi-X. I remembering in an issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly, in the letters section they were asking if that was one of the reviewers who was named Sushi-X if that was him that attended the shows with the sign. There used to be a "reporter" on the old prowrestling.com website that went by Sushi X. Frequented the chats there in 97-00 ish. I always thought that's who the Sushi X signs were referencing.

That didn't just extend to the signs either, Road Dogg would wear South Park shirts and Golga had a Cartman doll. I think the audiences for the shows were similar at the time and it had a lot of crossover effect.

When I went to RAW in January there was a CMP UNK sign (that's the spelling they had).

Youth hostelling with Chris Eubank at WM27. I came in here to post this, easily the most insane thing I've ever seen. I had no idea there was such overlap between Partridge and pro rasslin'.

Can someone explain all the South Park Signs that were around during the attitude era......I mean did the show ever talk about wrestling back then ? In the first couple years South Park was around, which coincide with the mid/late portion of the attitude era, about all anyone college age talked about (around me anyway) was south park. If I just sat on a bench on campus as people went by, I'd hear people talking about south park like every 5 seconds. So it was just more a matter of South Park being EVERYWHERE at the time.

"Sir I must inform you that I am not booing you for your effective heel work, I am booing you because yo are awful" or something like that.

There's a site on the internet that posts wrestling results and stuff, and there's a section for weird signs, including gems like:
"Jackhammer Clinton" "Disco is my idol" "Nitro ran out of fuel" "Why does Bret Hart wear a pink triangle?"

I think that RAW where Austin and Micheals beat Hart and Smith for the tag titles, there was a "Owen Wears Panties" sign out there.
