Since backing Punk? No, he's done nothing. In fact, he hasn't really laid anything down for a hot minute now, but damnit, he can. He does feel kind of piped into this angle. It's like he was just sitting at his house and some super science WWE creative robot AI construct thingie fingered him on some roster d-bag database and then he was just on TV all of a sudden.

I think we should all wait and see how this plays out, they're taking the Punk and Heyman connection very slowly by the looks of things, this being the WWE i dont have much faith but there is a small chance in a few months you could all be eating your words

Probably the same thing I think of him now...stupid. As an on-screen character I think he sucks. I'd think that if I didn't have any prior knowledge of him as well.
To me he's one of the most worthless and pointless on-screen characters to ever appear in WWE. Totally un-needed and serves absolutely no legitimate purpose.
This is just my opinion but what purpose has he ever served as an on-screen talent in WWE?

Annoying I can see, but I'm not sure in a good way if you don't appreciate his past. Probably his very best thing so far, and this is kind of sad that it is, was ignoring Vickie while talking to Punk about where to eat after the show. As far as promo skills, has he really cut a promo yet that anyone would remember? I wouldn't consider him a good talk based just on what he's done so far in his current run. I think it was the one after the Triple H/Lesnar match that was really great. Nothing else he's done has been that great, but at the same time we may be more impressed if we didn't know what he was capable of from before.

This is just my opinion but what purpose has he ever served as an on-screen talent in WWE? Going by that logic, what purpose has any manager or mouthpiece ever served? Heyman serves as a man so arrogant, so sleazy that he can even take a beloved figured like Punk and help make the fans hate him for simply associating with him (atleast, in theory).

He is brilliant. And he makes Punk seem like a bigger deal.

This is just my opinion but what purpose has he ever served as an on-screen talent in WWE? Getting Brock Lesnar over. Without Heyman, Brock would've been just another "generic monster".
