I was browsing through some wrestling videos on YouTube and came across this:
(I think I'm okay to post this, if not then hopefully a mod will remove it)
Now that was just absolutely insane. Somebody could have so easily been irreparably damaged from that spot. So this thread is basically for people to post the most insane spots they've ever seen. They don't have to be spots you like, they could be ones you hate because of how stupidly unsafe they were, or you could love and revere them.
I also remembered this, which is equally insane and could so easily have gone wrong (skip to 11:08 if it doesn't do it automatically):

I'd be hard pressed to find anything as terrifying as the Jimmy Jacobs/BJ Whitmer powerbomb. That spot is just pure lunacy. Two spots that stand out to me as absolutely terrifying are from Jericho's second last run in WWE. Jericho's spill from the ladder to the outside of the ring vs. Shawn Michaels youtu.be/bouzTP6uves?t=3m30sI'm not sure that anyone's taken a face forward spill from on top of the ladder to the outside like that but Jericho in that match. The first time I saw that time slowed down as I was certain that was the last thing I'd see Jericho do in wrestling. Then, Jericho's spill from on top of Big Show to the outside against DX in a TLC match. youtu.be/KpHZcSCqjTQ?t=2m18sEvery time I see it I just calculate all the ways it could have gone wrong. Jericho's a lucky guy.

That first spot with Jericho is really scary, no idea how he didn't mess up his leg very, very badly with that fall.

We came close to seeing the end of Christopher Daniels that night. Had he not landed partially on Suicide, that would've been really, really bad. Suicide saved a life. How meta is that?

I still say it's Rikishi splashing Val Venis from on top of a cage. That's the type of thing you only see in video games, and it actually happened. A 400 pound man splashed another man from 20 feet up.

Jun Kasai getting power bombed on razor blades still gets me. And, for the life of me, I can't find it again but someone posted an American deathmatch here where the wrestlers used some sort of giant spikes that looked nuts.

Anyone here remember the video of some indy fed where a fat guy smacks a female in the head and powerbombs her from the stage all the way into the ring?

It really wasnt an insane spot or anything but cringe worthy indeed, I was at The Greyhound Park in Revere Mass for an ECW show (A couple months later they returned and the Mass Transit incident happened) Chris Chetti jumped off the top rope and hit his head on a metal beam in the ceiling. I thought it killed him. It wasnt on the RF video tape I bought which pissed me off.

Anytime Necro Butcher took a superplex to the outside on the concrete. How that man is not in a wheelchair yet I will never know

ROH Death Before Dishonor V
Matt Cross climbs up folded up bleachers, runs across them, then up the f***ing wall and backflips down onto the floor.

At the DGUSA show at WrestleReunion in January, Sami Callihan faced Rich Swann in a tables match. The finish came when Sami set Swann up for a running powerbomb into a table propped up in the corner. Sami, however, changed directions halfway into the run, and powerbombed Swann out of the ring, onto a part of the guardrail that had been set up outside.
I was doing security for this show with some guys from my school, and as soon as that happened, I turned around and looked at some of the guys, including Ray Rosas, and we all had a look of shock, awe, concern, horror, and "Screw this, I'm quitting wrestling!" on our faces.

Anyone here remember the video of some indy fed where a fat guy smacks a female in the head and powerbombs her from the stage all the way into the ring? I always thought it was gnarly when Rhino was piledriving untrained women from the apron to the floor through a table. So much could go wrong there. Also, this reminds me of in XPW where Vic Grimes powerbombed Lizzy Borden from the top turnbuckle to the floor through a table, only she just clipped the edge of the table, meaning she just went straight to the floor. Necro vs Joe at the ECW Arena almost makes me sick. There's a couple times where Joe tries to give Necro a snap slam on the concrete but Necro doesn't rotate enough and ends up taking a header straight to the concrete.

So many of his spots over the years has made me cringe and think 'Oh my God'
KOTD 2003. Necro on his knees outside of the ring, Toby Klein inside. Klein throws a VCR right onto Necros head. Makes me laugh and cringe everytime.

Thinking along a different line, John Morrison's rail walk and jump from Royal Rumble 2011 was an insane spot that didn't involve a bump.
