Still consider these the best jerseys in Penguins history. Wish they'd go back to this version of black and gold. I strongly prefer it to the Vegas gold.

Prior to this year, my answer would've been the Blue Jays' old uniforms, but they've brought them back (with slight differences), so it's all good. I guess my answer would have to be the classic Milwaukee Brewers caps and jerseys as a permanent stay, instead of the Retro Friday thing they do: I don't get the love for these. The logo, while clever, is very '80s, and the uniforms are the epitome of 'generic'. What they're wearing now is definitely, far and away, their best look ever. The current look is fine on the uniforms, but the caps just look uninspired. Plus, the logo itself is nothing more than a rip-off of the Miller Beer logo (which, I guess was the point, but eh). All it does is promote beer even more than the name already does. Doesn't seem so good for the kiddies Royal blue just looks more fitting than navy blue, as well. It is an improvement over the 1994-1999 uniforms, at least...I think it was that change which led to people missing the old look even more. Plus, the logo of the old one is very clever and original. The jerseys are simple, but effective...however, it's the logo and the color scheme that makes it work. Just my opinion, of course...

I think it's stupid that the NY Giants have a LOWER-CASE 'NY' on their helmets...instead of the imposing, giant-like 'GIANTS' that their old helmets had Also stupid because they don't play in New York In this case, the Giants play in the New York Tri-State Area as do the Jets. Oh, and here's something also shocking: the Redskins don't play in Washington D.C. either. I miss the second-generation Devil Rays jerseys. They take me back to a time where Tampa Bay was terrible and the Yanks had no problem kicking their asses in the cave we call Tropicana Field.

The "New York" in the Jets and Giants' names is "New York City" not "New York State." East Rutherford is literally across the river from Manhattan so while I'd love for them to be called the New Jersey Giants/Jets, the name makes sense from that point since the two teams are very much in the NYC Metro Area.

Just bring 'em back once, Jerry! Yes, I agree the late '70s "saloon-style" jerseys with the wide collars are my favorite. (The shorts were dumb. And they lost in 'em.)
