...but now I can't get enough of them. I think I've eaten them for at least one meal a day for the last 5 days. Yum Yum and very importantly, cheap cheap.

I tend to find with Ramen noodles, like with most foods that some brands/flavors tend to taste better then others so it's just a matter of finding the right combo.

and if you need to pad the meal out a bit mix in some tuna I like to add tuna, green onions, and drain a majority of the broth.

I used to dislike Ramen Noodles too...
Then I took an arrow in the knee.
(Couldn't resist.)

I used to love them, now they're a once in a blue moon sort of thing.

They're too processed to be even remotely healthy, but they are both cheap and good.
Only problem is that they have that take out Chinese food thing going on.
You could eat five packets of them, be so full that you can't even move and then still be loose as a goose like an hour later.

I usually boil an egg alongside and add it to the cup noodles when its done. It comes out really good when you add some pepper to it.

I love Ramen. Use to eat Maruchan brand all the time, but I've since switched to Sapporo Ichiban and Nissin brand Ramen. They taste better, have, imo, better quality noodles, and at least in the case of Sapporo Ichiban, you get more Ramen in a packet.

I prefer instant yakisoba, specially the spicy ones.

As a poor single bachelor, I approve of ramen noodles.

A lot of them have WAY too much salt. I usually use half the flavour packet, drain most of the water, add the flavour and they turn out fine.

I never use the flavor packet or the broth. Add Peanut Suace (Store Bought or Home-made) and boom. Up yours Japan, Thailand got you beat.

You know posh foods of today like Lobster and Oysters used to be common food. So who knows, years into the future we get this:

I love ramen. I just buy loads of them from the nearby Thai Supermarket, usually Nissin (Beef flavour is the best) and Sapporo Ichiban for weird flavours, like Lobster Hotpot etc.

I sometimes crush them up, add the falvour and eat them raw as a snack. I don't know if they have these in the states but here you can get Fusian noodles which are like noodles plus.
