Done well, a Darth Vader Resurrection can work and be a pretty memorable scene.

I wouldn't get too worked up about this. Since it's SW we're about to get tons of "news" about it.
I'm still waiting for Gillian Anderson to appear as Qui-Gon's ex-girlfriend since it was reported for Episode 2.
But then again, who knows?

Outside some advisory scenes as a ghost (similar to Obi-Wan in ESB and ROTJ) Anakin coming back strikes me as dubious.

I hope this is nonsense. How can "Vader" come back? Not only is he dead but he turned to the good side to the extent that he appeared as a ghost.

If this does wind up happening, the nerd rage will be off the charts.

I feel like if you were going to do this, it would have to be an imposter Anakin, just because it really would completely ruin the circularity of the original six if you had him, well, relapse.

Expect this to go through some major rewrites. I'm not saying this is destined to become another Superman Lives, but I'm willing to bet a lot of ideas are gonna get chucked around, to where I could see this getting pushed up to 2016.
Luke, Leia and Han making cameos would be pretty cool, but here's hoping the new films won't entirely revolve around them.

Or a Clone manufactured by the remnants of the Empire, you can have the strength and anger of a younger Anakin against the experience of an older Luke

It's amazing how many people seem to be coming out of the woodwork revealing that they knew STAR WARS was gonna be a 9-12 movie saga all along.
Mark Hamill revealed it a week or so ago (in a 1983 interview), and I just read an article with the author of SKYWALKING, a Lucas biography, who said that after 80 interviews with Lucas when writing that book (in 1990) he was allowed to read the 12-movie plot.

Luke, Leia and Han making cameos would be pretty cool, but here's hoping the new films won't entirely revolve around them. Particularly considering that Harrison Ford is the only person who remotely looks like how they did during the trilogy, no offense intended. You'd almost have to do a Star Trek 2009 and recast the roles if you wanted to have them in any sort of an active role.

After the 1977 film there were said to be 12 movies, then shortly before the making of ESB, they settled on 9, then after Empire was such a frustration Lucas said to hell with it and decided on 6. He's even claimed that 9 films was something the press made up.

Here's my suggestion, 3 words: DARK SIDE EWOKS Or at least reveal - like many have pondered and hoped for since 1983 - that Endor was ravaged and annihilated by the fallout of the DS2 explosion.

I don't see anything wrong with that, actually. Darth Vader is such a cultural icon and it'd be interesting to see what they do with him and how they bring him back, if true. Also, I don't want to be that guy but I think Vader could do with an upgrade to his suit. Not so much the iconic mask and helmet, but making him a bit more mobile wouldn't be a bad thing.
