Weird stat: Zach Mettenberger is the 1st LSU QB to have at least 250 passing yards in 3 straight SEC games since Tommy Hodson in 1989.
Les Miles can also become the 6th coach in SEC history to have at least 6 seasons of at least 10 wins with 1 school.

The ACC needs to dump the divisions.
We're stuck with a 6-6 or 7-5 Georgia Tech against the Seminoles instead of FSU/Clemson part II.
And if the Seminoles blow that game, then the Orange Bowl (which we know they'll face Louisville or Rutgers) could get lower TV ratings than Unhappily Ever After

Only way PAC-12 becomes PAC-16 is if Tex, TT, OU, and OkSt come together like they were discussing last year. Other than that, PAC-12 has no need to expand.
I'm actually surprised the Big 10 is going through with expansion. Came out of nowhere. But it makes sense from a network perspective. I've seen a lot of people say that Rutgers is irrelevant in NYC. Doesn't matter. There's still just enough relevancy in that region that the Big Ten Network would have to be offered in their cable packages which is all the Big Ten really cares about. Whether people watch is actually irrelevant. Same goes with Baltimore and DC markets regarding Maryland.

Oh, and by the way...
...there's a good chance this game could take place 2 weeks in a row.
