Fixed Luger's eliminations as I've got him listed with four now. Thanks for bringing that up. No problem I know if I was doing this I would want it to be posted perfectly with no mistakes and if I made a mistake I would want someone to let me know. I got to say I really admire you digging all this info up and putting these stats together everybody and their uncle does stats for Wrestlemania and Royal Rumble you don't see many Survivor Series stats so this is nice.

Thanks. The fact that Survivor Series doesn't seem to get much love is a big reason why I put this countdown together as I've always liked the concept and thought it was underrated. Since I've never come across a countdown on it I thought I would put one togther. There's statistics involved with survivals and eliminations so there's enough to work with to make a list out. I've done Royal Rumble ones too the last few years and had a lot of fun doing that, so that was a reason as well.

I'm finding it fascinating how much this event has catered to underdogs and low-carders over the years. It's an event where Kane has a less impressive record than Blake Beverley and Sleazy the midget, and Marty Jannetty is (almost) in the top 10 percent. I never would have guessed these things.

25. Paul Roma-41 points Survivals: 2 Eliminations: 2 Best known for being the worst member to ever be in the Four Horsemen Roma, who with the exception of a few brief tag team pushes was a jobber for most of his WWF career, actually managed to survive two survivor matches. In 87 he was one half of the Young Stallions with Jim Powers. The underdog Stallions worked the bulk of the match for their team and despite getting pummeled most of the time, managed to keep kicking out of pins. They ended up surviving the match with the Killer Bees and also eliminated the New Dream Team when Roma pinned Greg Valentine with a nice sunset flip off the top as Valentine was attempting to apply the figure four on Powers. The Stallions wouldn't have as much luck in 88 as they were eliminated early by the Bolsheviks when Ppwers was pinned by Boris Zhukov. The Stallions were split up shortly after with both of them being demoted back to being TV enhancement talent. In 1990 Roma would get another chance and another push when he was turned heel and formed the team of Power and Glory with Hercules. Power and Glory were on Rick Martel's Visionaries that year. The Visionaries made Survivor Series history when they became the first team to survive a match in full when they swept Jake Roberts' Vipers. Roma pinned Shawn Michaels after teaming with Hercules to hit the Power Plex. In the grand finale Power and Glory would team up to hit the Power Plex again, this time on Hulk Hogan. The Hulkster however no sold it kicking out at one, pretty much killing their finsher in the process. To make matters worse Hogan then eliminated Roma after pinning him with just one simple clothesline.
24. The Warlord-41 points Survivals: 2 Eliminations 2 Warlord was in the 88, 89, 90, and 91 Survivor Series. In 88 he was one half of the Powers of Pain with the Barbarian. The Powers of Pain capatained their team to victory over Demolition's team. The Powers would end up getting outnumbered in the end against the Demolition and the Conquistadors. However Demolition's manager Mr. Fuji would turn on Demolition by causing them to get eliminated by countout. The Powers of Pain then finshed off the Conquistadors when Barbarian got the pin with a headbutt after Fuji tripped the Conquistador from the outside. Fuji then celebrated with the Powers, revealing himself to be their new manager. In 89 the Powers were on Ted Dibiase's Million Dollar Team. Warlord pinned Ax with a elbow drop after Fuji tripped Ax from the outside. Both him and Barbarian were eliminated in bs fashion when they were disqualified for double teaming Hulk Hogan and not obeying the five count. In 1990 the Powers split up, with both men pursuing single careers. That year Warlord was on Rick Martel's Visionaries in their match against Jake Roberts Vipers. Warlord eliminated Marty Jannetty as the entire Visionarie team survived although Warlord's survival was kind of tainted as Jake had him pinned with the DDT near the end of the match but Jake then broke the cover to chase Martel, who had tried to spray him with his arrogance atomizer, to the back which led to a countout. In the grand finale Warlord was eliminated in about twenty seconds after Tito Santana pinned him with the flying forearm. This was pretty suprising as Warlord had been getting a decent push at the time while Tito was basically being used as JTTS. I guess maybe they were trying to put over that Warlord was still feeling the effects of the DDT from earlier in the night, but it was still a weird booking decision. In 91 Warlord was on Ric Flair's team. Warlord was the first man eliminated off the team when he was pinned by Roddy Piper after Bret Hart gave him a elbow off the second rope to the back of the head as he had Virgil in the full nelson.
23. The Undertaker-42 points Survivals: 1 Eliminations: 5 The dead man as not been in many survivor matches during his long WWF/E career, only competing in four. In 1990 he made his WWF debut as Ted Dibiase's mystery partner. Undertaker eliminated Koko B. Ware with the tombstone and then later Dusty Rhodes with a double axehandle off the top rope. Dusty though would go after Taker manager at the time, Brother Love. Taker would go out to defend his manager as he then beat Dusty up in the aisle. Taker was counted out though as a result. In 93 he was on Lex Luger's All Americans as a replacement for Tatanka. Taker was hardly involved in the match, not tagging in until a little past the twenty minute mark. Taker and Yokozuna were both elimianted when they fought to a double countout. In 95 he captained the Darkside against King Mabel's Royals. The Darkside won in a sweep thanks only to Undertaker who eliminated Jerry Lawler, Issac Yankem, and Hunter Hearst Helmsley before Mabel bailed and was counted out. In 01 he was using his biker gimmick the American Badass. Taker was on Team WWF and suprisingly didn't do much, not eliminating anyone and getting elimnated third off the team when Kurt Angle pinned him after Stone Cold hit the stunner behind the referees back.
22. Sgt. Slaughter-43 points Survivals: 1 Eliminations: 5 Slaughter was in survivor matches in 90, 91, and 06. In 90 he was captain of the Mercinaries against Nikolai Volkoff's Alliance. Slaughters teammates Boris Zhukov and the Orient Express were all eliminated in about two minutes, leaving Slaughter by himself against the entire Alliance team. Undeterred Slaughter easily eliminated Volkoff and both Bushwhackers to make it one on one. The last member of the Alliance, Tito Santana, wouldn't go down so easily though. After the ref had been knocked down Slaughter's manager, General Adnan, interfered and hit Santana with the Iraq flag. Slaughter applied the camel clutch with the ref then patting him on the shoulder a couple of times. Slaughter thought he won but really he had just been disqualified as the ref saw Adnan interfere. In the fall of 1991 Slaughter would turn face when began asking for forgiveness, saying he wanted his country back. "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan was the first wrestler to forgive Slaughter as the two formed a tag team. That year Sarge was on Duggan's survivor team as a sub for Jim Neidhart as they took on a team captained by a former ally of Slaughter, Colonel Mustafa. Duggan's team won in a sweep with Slaughter scoring two eliminations as he pinned Mustafa and Skinner. In 06 he was on the Legends team in their match against the Spirit Squad. Sarge was pinned by Nicky after Johnny gave him a roundhouse kick to the back of the head as Slaughter had Nicky in the cobra clutch.
21. Dino Bravo-43 points Survivals: 2 Eliminations: 2 The canadian strongman had a good deal of success in survivor matches, surviving two of the four he was in. In 87 he was in the twenty man tag team elimination match as one half of the New Dream Team with Greg Valentine. The New Dream Team was eliminated by the Young Stallions when Valentine was pinned by Paul Roma. In 88 Bravo co-captained a team with Andre the Giant against a team co-captained by Jake Roberts and Jim Duggan. Bravo eliminated Scott Casey and survived the match along with Mr. Perfect. 89 was another good showing as part of Randy Savage's King's Court. He pinned Ronnie Garvin with the side slam and survived again along with Savage and Earthquake. In 90 he was on Earthquake's Natural Disasters. Bravo didn't do much this time around as he was eliminated second off the team when Hogan pinned him wth a small package.

I'm a little surprised Undertaker wasn't higher on the list never realized he wasn't in that many survivor matches and that he only survived once.

20. Chris Benoit-45 points Survivals: 2 Eliminations: 3 Benoit was in survivor matches in 2000, 03, and 04. In 2000 he was a member of the Radicalz. The Radicalz defeated Billy Gunn's team. Benoit and Perry Saturn were the survivors with Benoit scoring two pins. He pinned K-Kwik with a german suplex and then later pinned Gunn in the last elimination when Saturn tripped Gunn from the outiside as he was attempting to give Benoit a suplex. In 03 he was on Kurt Angle's team in their win against Team Lesnar. Benoit and John Cena were the survivors with Benoit scoring a shocking submission of Lesnar when he forced him to tap out to the crippler crossface. 04 was a disappointing showing as a member of Team Orton. Benoit was eliminated first he was pinned by Edge after Triple H gave him the pedigree.
19. Billy Gunn-46 points Survivals: 1 Eliminations: 5 Gunn was in survivor matches in 94, 96, 97, and 2000. In 94 he was one half of the Smoking Gunns with his kayfabe brother Bart. The Gunns were on Lex Luger's team. Luger's team was defeated by Ted Dibiase's Million Dollar Team. Billy was the fourth man eliminated off the team when King Kong Bundy pinned him with an avalanche. In 1996 the Smoking Gunns broke up. That year they captained opposing teams in the free for all match. Billy eliminated Jesse James but then was pinned by Bart in the deciding fall of the match. In 1997 Billy formed a tag team with James known as the New Age Outlaws. That year the Outlaws teamed with the Godwinns to defeat the Headbangers and the New Blackjacks. Gunn and James were the survivors with Gunn scoring two eliminations as he pinned both Headbangers. In 2000 he was "The One" Billy Gunn and captained his own team in a loss to the Radicalz. Gunn eliminated Eddie Guerrero and Dean Malenko but couldn't overcome a two on one situation against Chris Benoit and Perry Saturn, as he was tripped from the outside by Saturn and pinned by Benoit in the final fall of the match.
18. 1-2-3 Kid-46 points Survivals: 2 Eliminations: 3 The Kid was in survivor matches in 93, 94, and 95. In 93 he was on Razor Ramon's team in their match against Irwin R. Schyster's team. The Kid pinned Rick Martel and suprisingly survived the match with Marty Jannetty. In 94 he was on Razor's team again. He was eliminated after getting jacknifed by Diesel. On the Raw before the 1995 Survivor Series he turned heel on Razor and joined Ted Dibiase's Million Dollar Corportation. At Survivor Series he was on Skip's team as a replacement for Jean Pierre Laffite who had been released. The kayfabe reason given on TV was that Dibiase paid Pierre off to step aside and let Kid take his place in the match. The Kid was the sole survivor and scored two eliminations as he pinned Barry Horowitz and Marty Jannetty.
17. "Dashing" Cody Rhodes-46 points Survivals: 2 Eliminations: 3 Cody had been one of the better Survivor Series competitors in recent years, surviving two of the four matches he was in. In 08 he was on Team Orton. Cody pinned CM Punk and suprisingly survived along with Orton. Shortly after Survivor Series the group Legacy was formed which consisted of Orton, Rhodes, and Ted Dibiase Jr. Not suprisingly both Rhodes and Dibiase were on Orton's team in 09. Rhodes had a solid showing, finishing third on the team and eliminaing MVP with cross rhodes before getting pinned by Christian's killswitch. In 2010 Legacy broke up, with Rhodes being repackaged as "Dashing" Cody. That year he was on Alberto Del Rio's team. Cody was pretty much a non factor getting eliminated second off the team when Big Show pinned him with his KO punch. In 011 he a good showing as a member of Team Barrett. He survived with Barrett and eliminated the massive Mason Ryan after pinning him with cross rhodes. This year he was scheduled to be Team Ziggler but ended up having to be replaced by David Otunga after suffering a legit injury a week before the PPV, when he took a botched backdrop from Kane.

16. "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase-48 points Survivals: 1 Eliminations: 5 Dibiase was in survivor matches in 88, 89, 90, 91, and 92. In 88 he was in the main event as part of the Twin Towers' team in their match against the Mega Powers' team. Dibiase pinned Hercules with a rollup but then became distraced when Hercules attacked his bodyguard Virgil outside the ring, allowing Randy Savage to pin him with a rollup too. In 89 he captained his Million Dollar Team against Hulk Hogan's Hulkamaniacs. Dibiase pinned Jake Roberts before getting pinned by Hulk Hogan in the deciding fall of the match. In 90 he capatained the Million Dollar Team again, defeating Dusty Rhodes' Dream Team. Dibiase was the sole survivor and scored two eliminations as he pinned Jim Neidhart and then lastly Bret Hart. In the grand finale Dibiase teamed with Rick Martel, Warlord, and Power and Glory in a loss to Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, and Tito Santana. Dibiase pinned Santana with a stungun but was eventually pinned by Hogan's legdrop. He was the fourth man eliminated off his team. 91 was a wash as he was on Ric Flair's team in the match where nearly everyone got disqualified for brawling. In 1992 Dibiase started teaming with Irwin R. Schyster as Money Inc. That year Money Inc teamed with the Beverly Brothers in a loss to the Nasty Boys and the Natural Disasters in a match contested under tag team elimination rules. After the Beverlys were eliminated, Money Inc. were left by themselves against the two face teams. They eliminated the Disasters when IRS pinned Typhoon but then were eliminated right after when Jerry Sags pinned IRS with a rollup.
15. "Nature Boy" Ric Flair-51 points Survivals: 2 Eliminations: 4 Flair was the sole survivor in the only two survivor matches he was in. In 91 he captained his team against Roddy Piper's team. Flair pinned British Bulldog and then survived when everyone else was disqualified for brawling. Flair was the only guy not in the brawl as he was knocked out outside the ring. In 2006 he captained the Legends team to a win over the Spirit Squad. Flair was the sole survivor after coming back from a three against one disadvantage. He pinned Mikey and Kenny, then forced Johnny to submit to the figure four leglock.
14. "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig-55 points Survivals: 2 Eliminations: 4 Although he wasn't quite perfect, Perfect was pretty good in survivor matches as he survived two of the three he was in. In 89 he was on Rick Rude's Rude's Brood in their match against Roddy's Rowdies. Perfect had a strong showing as he was the sole survivor while wrestling about 90% of the match for his team. He also scored two eliminations as he pinned Bushwhacker Butch and Jimmy Snuka. He pinned Butch with a rollup and then used the Perfect Plex to get a clean pin on Snuka in the deciding fall of the match. In 90 Perfect captained the Perfect Team against The Warriors. Perfect pinned Kerry Von Erich with the Perfect Plex before getting pinned by Ultimate Warrior in the deciding fall of the match. In 1993 Perfect was scheduled to be on Razor Ramon's team but pulled out due the injury and was replaced by Randy Savage.

13. John Cena-55 points Survivals: 3 Eliminations: 2 Due to usually being in main event title matches, Cena hasn't been many survivor matches. He's been in three, all of which he survived. In 03 Cena, fresh off a face turn, was on Kurt Angle's team. Cena survived with Chris Benoit and scored the final fall when hit Big Show with a chain and impressively lifted him up in the FU. In 04 he was on Eddie Guerrero's team. Even though he didn't pin anyone, Cena survived again along with Guerrero and Big Show. In 06 he captained his own team against Big Show's team. Triple H pinned Maven but was eventually pinned by Orton in the deciding fall of the match. In 06 Triple H and DX partner Shawn Michaels captained a team against a Team Rated RKO, co-captained by Orton and Edge. Team DX won in a sweep with Triple H getting the final pin on Orton with the pedigree. In 07 Triple H captained a team again, this time against Team Umaga. Triple H's team fell behind big early in the match as Umaga's team jumped out to a 5 to 2 lead. However the Game and Jeff Hardy would rally and win the match after scoring five unanswered eliminations. Triple H scored three of them as he pinned Mr. Kennedy, Big Daddy V, and Finlay.

Tito scored the first elimination of the match when he pinned Boris Zhukov with the flying forearm to eliminate the Bolsheviks in under two minutes. Later on Tito hit the forearm again on Jim Neidhart. Bret Hart broke up the cover though with an elbow drop that was suprisingly enough to pin Tito, thus eliminating Strike Force from the match. Due to Martel being out because of injury, Tito wrestled in singles for most of 1988. That year he was Jake Roberts team. Tito pinned Harley Race with the flying forearm but then was eliminated not long after when he stupidly tried a sunset flip on Andre the Giant who just sat on him for a pin. That year they were on opposing teams as Martel was on Big Bossman's Enforcers and Tito was on Dusty Rhodes' Dream Team. Tito, who had been used as a JJTS since the breakup of Strike Force, had a suprisingly strong showing in the 1990 Survivor Series. That year he was on Nikolai Volkoff's Alliance as they took on Sgt. Slaugther's Mercinaries. Tito pinned Boris Zhukov and Tanaka, and was the sole survivor after Slaughter got disqualified when his manager General Adnan interfered. Tito advanced to the grand finale where he teamed with Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior against Ted Dibiase, Rick Martel, Warlord, and Power and Glory. Tito scored another pin when he suprisingly pinned the Warlord in twenty seconds with the flying forearm. Tito's luck would run out though about a minute later when Ted Dibiase pinned him with a stungun. In 1991 Tito was repackaged as El Matador. That year El Matador was on Jim Duggan's team as a replacement for Ricky Steamboat. El Matador pinned Hercules as Duggan's team won in a sweep over Colonel Mustafa's team.

3. Big Show-106 points Survivals: 3 Eliminations: 11 Big Show was in survivor matches in 99, 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, and 010. With the exception of 01, all were good showings. Going into the 99 Survivor Series was involved in a feud with the Big Bossman after Bossman began making fun of Big Show's father who had just passed away. Show and Bossman captained opposing teams with Show for some reason being saddled with jobbers the Blue Meanie and Kaientai as his teammates. On the pre show Show ended up beating up Meanie and Kaientai saying he wanted to take the match alone. In an impressive performance Show defeated Bossman's team by himself as it took him only about a minute to pin Mideon, Prince Albert, and Viscera with Bossman then running away and getting counted out. 01 sucked. He was on Team WWF as Vince McMahon let him take his spot on the team. Show was eliminated first as he was he was hit with several finishers before getting pinned by non wrestler Shane McMahon. In 03 he came back with a good showing as part of Team Lesnar. He pinned Bradshaw and was the last man on Team Lesnar before getting pinned by a FU from John Cena. In 04 he was on Team Guerrero. Show survived with Guerrero and John Cena. He also scored two eliminations as he pinned both Luther Reigns and Kurt Angle. In 05 he was on Team Raw in the brand warfare match. Show pinned Batista with some help from partner Kane, who had already been eliminated. Show was eliminated next though as everyone ganged up on him and hit him with finishers before Rey Mysterio pinned him with a springboard splash. In 06 he captained his team in a loss against John Cena's team. Show pinned Sabu and Kane before getting pinned by Cena again in the last elimination of the match. In 010 he was on Team Mysterio as they defeated Team Del Rio. Show was mainly responsible for the win as he survived with Mysterio and scored two eliminations as he pinned Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. He also caused Del Rio to get eliminated early in the contest when he nailed him with a KO Punch that left him unable to continue.

2. "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels-119 points Survivals: 3 Eliminations: 12 HBK has been involved in more survivor matches then anybody, as he particpated in eleven during his career. His first was in 88 as one half of the Rockers with Marty Jannetty. The Rockers were on the Powers of Pain's team in the twenty man tag team elimination match. The Rockers were eliminated third off the team when they fought the Brainbusters to a double disqualfication when both teams began brawling in the ring. In 89 the Rockers were on the Ultimate Warriors team. Michaels had a solid showing as he finished second on the team and pinned Haku before getting pinned by Arn Anderson in a later elimination. In 90 the Rockers were on Jake Roberts Vipers. The Vipers were swept by Rick Martel's Visionaries. Michaels was the third man eliminated off the team after falling victim to Power and Glory's Power Plex. In 91 the Rockers teamed with the Bushwhackers in a loss to the Nasty Boys and the Beverly Brothers. Michaels scored the only elimination for his team when he pinned Beau Beverly with a backslide. He was eliminated when a miscue from Jannetty caused him to get pinned by Brian Knobbs. An angry Michaels would get in Jannetty's face about it before leaving. A few weeks later Michaels turned heel on Jannetty and began wrestling as a singles star. Michaels wasn't orignally scheduled to be at the 1993 Survivor Series as he had been out for almost the entire fall serving a suspension for a failed drug test. However after Jerry Lawler had to be pulled from the event to legal issues, Michaels replaced him as he teamed with three masked knights against the Hart Brothers. After all three knights were eliminated, Michaels was left by himself against all four Hart Brothers. He would catch a break when he managed to pin Owen Hart with a fluke rollup after some miscommunication between Owen and Bret. That was the only elimination Michaels could get though as he then bailed to the back and was counted out. In 94 he captained the Teamsters against Razor Ramon's Bad Guys. The Teamsters lost when the entire team was counted out after Michaels accidentally hit Diesel with a superkick. Diesel stalked Michaels to the back with the rest of the team trying to play peacemaker. In 95 he captained a team in the wildcard match against Dean Douglas' team. Michaels pinned Douglas and survived with Ahmed Johnson and the British Bulldog. Shawn wouldn't be in another survivor match until 03. That year he was on Team Austin in the Austin vs Bischoff match. Michaels would end up being the last man on Team Austin as he was outnumbered three to one against Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, and Christian. He pinned Christian and Jericho but came up short against Orton after Orton's Evolution teammate interfered and gave him the Batista Bomb. In 05 he was on Team Raw in the Smackdown vs Raw match. He once again found himself in three against one situation this time against Orton, JBL, and Rey Mysterio. He pinned Mysterio and JBL but came up short again against Orton when Orton pinned him with the RKO after Michaels fought off the eliminated JBL who tried to interfere with a chair. In 06 him and DX partner Triple H co-captained their team against Team Rated RKO, co-captained by Orton and Edge. Michaels pinned Mike Knox and Edge as DX won in a sweep. In 08 he captained his team to victory over JBL's team. Michaels, Rey Mysterio, and Great Khali were the survivors with Michaels getting the last pin over John Morrison after hitting him with sweet chin music.

1. Randy Orton-143 points Survivals: 4 Eliminations: 13 Orton is pretty much the man when it comes to Survivor Series matches. In his career he's competed in eight of them and survived four. In the four he didn't survive he was the last man eliminated. He also has the record for most eliminations in the history of the match. In 03 he was on Team Bischoff in the Austin vs Bischoff match. Orton was the sole survivor. He pinned Rob Van Dam with the RKO and then later scored the final fall over Shawn Michaels, after his Evolution teammate Batista ran in and Batista Bombed Michaels. In 2004 Orton turned face after getting kicked out of Evolution. That year he captained his team against a team captained by his former Evolution mentor, Triple H. Orton was the sole survivor again after using the RKO to score consecutive pins over Edge and Triple H. In 05 Orton was on Team Smackdown in the brand warfare match. Orton wasn't originally scheduled to be in the match but after the unfortunate passing of Eddie Guerrero, who was orignally scheduled to be on the team, he got in as an alternate. For the third year in a row, Orton was the sole survivor. He pinned Michaels again to win after hitting him with the RKO. In 06 he was co-captain of Team Rated RKO as they took on Team DX. Orton's survival streak was snapped as Team Rated RKO was swept. Orton was eliminated last after getting superkicked by Shawn Michaels and pedigreed by Triple H. In 08 it was business as usual as he captained his team to victory over Team Batista while surviving with Cody Rhodes. Orton pinned Kofi Kingston and then lastly Batista after blind tagging into the match and hitting him with the RKO after Batista had just finished giving Rhodes the Batista Bomb. In 09 he captained his team against Kofi Kingston's team. Orton used the RKO to get pins over Mark Henry and Christian, but was shockingly pinned by Kofi in the deciding fall of the match after getting hit with the trouble in paradise on a failed sneak attack attempt. In 011 he captained his team in a loss to Wade Barrett's team. Orton had a strong showing in the loss as he scored all three eliminations for his team as he pinned Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger, and Hunico although his elimination of Swagger was kind of tainted as he just pinned him after teammate Sheamus (who had been eliminated by DQ) nailed him with a brogue kick. A two on one situation against Barrett and Cody Rhodes proved to be too much for the viper though as he was pinned by a wasteland from Barrett. In 012 he was on Team Foley. In the end Orton once again found himself outnumbered, this time against Alberto Del Rio and Dolph Ziggler. He managed to get Del Rio with the RKO but came up short against Ziggler after getting hit by a suprise superkick as he was lining up for his patent running punt to the head.
