I got my newest Entertainment Weekly in the mail today (2012 preview issue with Dark Knight Rises on the cover) and in the TV section, I was shocked to see a full page devoted to Stephanie McMahon.
They followed her on a typical Wednesday and went over all of the various things she does for the company.
It was actually fairly interesting.

Did they show Triple H's balls in a jar on her desk?

Some highlights (I'm too lazy to type out the whole thing):
- She compares Cena vs. Rock to the Edward vs. Jacob thing in Twilight and wants fans to have to take a side
- There will be a large interactive component to WWE Network, even during reruns of shows
- They worked out a deal with YouTube to supply them with exclusive content and are going to be giving the website a makeover and a mobile app

EW was not afraid to take jabs at the WWE in the past, I am surprised she got a full page.
I'll probably get my copy in the mail tomrorow, can't wait.

I can kind of get what she's saying with the Twilight thing it's just a horrible thing to reference.

I can kind of get what she's saying with the Twilight thing it's just a horrible thing to reference. If the article was in something like WWE Magazine or something I'd agree but Entertainment Weekly has a wider demographic than that. It's smart to reference something more relate-able to the general public at large. It's kind of smart PR. This coming from someone who hates Twilight. In short the Twilight reference may make WWE's general demographic (men 18 - mid 30's) uncomfortable but it is an apt comparison to make in the bigger picture.

Will this lead to a WWE Twilight photoshop thread? Only time will tell

And unlike Edward vs. Jacob, no mainstream outlet will care. Okay, obvious joke out of the way, if nothing else Rock will get some media attention. Then again, maybe not - he didn't for Survivor Series from what I saw.

The legions of annoy teenage girls vs. teenage girls (and creepy older women) seems awfully familiar to the annoying children and women vs. grumpy smarks and manchildren from the attitude era.

Not something I really follow much, just know I hadn't really seen it brought up or heard random people talking about it.
