Im pretty much WWE and ROH when I have time. If Chikara has lost all the goofy stuff like invisible grenades and sprinkles then I may be willing to give it a go as everyone raves about it. (that hypnotism dance off they did like a year ago is honestly one of the worst things ive seen in wrestling) x

PWG are a tiny promotion, but they are one hell of a tiny promotion.
I don't get all the love for Chikara, tbh. Yes, their booking is fantastic and it has it's charm, but the wrestling itself is mediocre. WWE is way ahead of them in that regard.

Another vote for PWG and Chikara. SHIMMER does women's wrestling way better than WWE too, even if they only do four shows a year.

I've never really been able to get into any other promotions, although I am often impressed by what I see. I think that makes me a WWE fan, first and foremost. I think a big reason why is the history; to me, WWE really does just feel like the "major leagues." I was always a WWE fan back before and during the Monday Night Wars, and to me, pro wrestling and WWE are essentially synonymous.

Chikara is by far the best promotion going. They just do everything right. I would say PWG is a very entertaining second.

I would have said ROH like... a year and a half ago. But right now it's kind of stale and a lot of their top talent went to the WWE.
TNA's a joke.
Chikara's fun, and has some really talented and funny guys, but I still wouldn't put it up against the WWE.
So I'd say Chikara's the closest, with ROH a semi-close 3rd.

No. Indy promotions are all kids who look like they're playing at wrestling, rather than men fighting. Which is what WWE looks more like.

I like Chikara's roster, but it's too far away from what I personally like about wrestling. ROH is closer to how I think it should be presented.
That being said, all around WWE is awesome right now. Amazing roster at the moment, and equal time given to trying to please both hardcore internet wrestling nerds and casual fans.
Not to mention the production. When you see it, you know it's the big time.

right now, nobody. CHIKARA is great but it's a niche product, and ROH is kinda boring right now. PWG I haven't seen much of in a good long time, CZW really fell off after the ROH feud a few years back and still hasn't recovered. TNA is.... well, it's TNA, need I say more?
