Just for the sheer hilarity of continuity, Maven. YES! But really... It would be nice if we got to see Daniel Bryan vs Undertaker... maybe not even at Mania. Have Undertaker wrestle a few matches on Smackdown before Mania. Yeah, Bryan would have to lay down for Taker, but he could still come out looking strong (especially if Taker shows him respect afterwards kinda like how he did with Jeff Hardy back in the day).

Undertaker vs. Cena would make for a hell of a main event at Wrestlemania XXIX, especially if Cena is in full-heel mode by then. As for this year, I would Undertaker versus Jericho or Barrett would be the way to go.
As intriguing as a possible match with Brock Lesnar could be, I'd want to see if Lesnar do something in a wrestling ring prior to the Mania match. If Lesnar's unable to still work an entertaining match it could make for a disaster, as Taker is probably past the point of being able to completely carry somebody to a good 20-plus minute match.

One I wanted around 2007 or so - Undertaker v Umaga. Now it'll never happen.

Cena, Lesnar, or Foley (in that order).

Considering that he's probably honestly only got the one left in him if he's sane, I'd like to see the one he loses and makes a megastar out of a young guy.

I could see Taker vs Vince/Shane with a buildup similar to Vince's WM 22 match with HBK

I wish he didn't HAVE to face Triple H this year. s***, I wish he hadn't faced Trips last year either. If only Sting would have jumped last year...
He could have faced Sting last year. They could have had him face Foley, Re-Masked Kane or even Lesnar this year. But that spots blocked up now, and he's only probably got one left in him after Trips/Taker III. What a waste.
Hell, I'd have even preferred him to face Nash this year. There's nostalgia there, plus the last time Nash wrestled at 'Mania was AGAINST 'Taker.
Jericho also would have been awesome. But they sorta blew that in '09 by having it happen on Smackdown. They should have kept them separated since with the HBK retirement match an inevitability, they could have had it at 27 if Jericho didn't leave. But no, it had to be Triple H. Even if he still did, keeping them separated would have made them be able to do it THIS year, with Jericho's big return. It would have fit so well.
Doing it against the Rock would be HUGE but I just don't see it happening. If 'Taker's got one more left to get him to 30 it'll be Lesnar and then Cena. BUT if Lesnar doesn't sign or he does and gets another match instead, having the Rock challenge for the Streak...man, I think I'd like that even BETTER than Lesnar. That would be legendary.
On a similar note, having Stone Cold come out of retirement to challenge for the streak would be badass. Again, it doesn't seem like history will go in this direction, as if Austin comes out of retirement it'll be to face Punk or Lesnar, and by the time he's done with that 'Taker will most likely be finished, but it'll always be a cool "What If?"
I wish we could've gotten some closure with the Barrett angle. I really think that would have MADE Barrett.
A couple of years ago, Vince/Taker would have also been awesome. But not now.
Having the Punk/Taker conspiracy angle with Punk being Vince's chosen champ (lol, think about that now) extend all the way to WM26 with 'Taker chasing Punk to 'Mania, putting his back against the wall and then at last winning the belt back also would have been good. That's a big problem with streak matches in the last few years - they've been used for Triple H and HBK< which makes for awesome legend v. legend matches but not the elevation of new guys. I'm not saying to throw 'Taker in there with someone who's way below his level and wouldn't be able to stand up to those matches, like the Miz (sorry, but it's true - that would look like a midcard match no matter WHAT) or even someone at this point like Ziggler (at this point, he's just not streak-worthy). That's why 'Taker-Bryan would be KILLER, with a similar vibe to the old 'Taker-Benoit or 'Taker-Angle matches.
BUT, there's nothing wrong with the dream matches. One last one - Goldberg v. Undertaker. Man, that'd be something else. And if you're gonna have guys returning FOR the streak, another one that could put on an absolute classic...Kurt Angle.
