Anyone here a supervisor at work?

So is anyone here a supervisor at work? I ask because if you are you should pull an Ace and anytime you talk to your staff or break up an argument, you say your full name and job title.

I'm in college trying to earn a degree in Business Management. Once I get another job in that field, I'll be sure to model my behavior after Johnny Ace. Based on my experience with past supervisors, it would get me really far.

I actually have called myself by my full title a few times which was Executive Director of Peer Mediation and Part Time Work study while i was in college

They're not your peers. They are your underlings. You're their boss. They work for you, doing the crap that you're too good to do. Man, you have a lot to learn.
