Returning? He told us he was here to stay and not going anywhere last year!

I think he is shooting Fast 6 in the summer as well. Dude schedule is loaded as hell. All while trying to squeeze in WWE dates.
As for the report, Im sure He wont be doing shameless promotion on Screen. Like HBK and his hunting show or DDP plugging the WCW DVD. "Hey guys go watch my movie." Hes going across the world on tour promoting the movie as he's supposed to do. Plus, it wouldn't be smart for him to blatantly promote on WWE programming. One, from what Ive seen he gets alot of flack for not being there and being an actor in the first place and two most WWE fans dont want to see him as the actor. Hes due back to build the upcoming match.

I'm guessing he will promote the film,That's all the E does. You see how they go on about Twitter. Vince and the Rock will want to use this to their full advantage. Will it take away from the promo itself? Probably. Will they do it anyway? I'd say so.

All WWE will really do is promote on Twitter and on WWE.com. Commercials will be aired but they really dont need to go to extreme lengths in promoting Rock's movies. Hes not doing WWE films where they need that kind of stuff. But as they say any promotion helps so they will most likely do what they did for Fast Five and show a quick clip and be done with it. I dont see Rock coming out and cutting a promo saying hes got a film coming out go see it.

I doubt he'll actually cut a promo advertising his new movie. That'd have Cena fodder all over it.

Good. For a second there I thought he was going to come back to promote his Wrestlemania match. Glad to see I was wrong.
(I meant that as a joke, guy who posted above me)

Duh! We're in Wrestlemania season, of course we'll be seeing him soon.
Hopefully this isn't something people had to pay 10 dollars a month to read, because this is pretty obvious.

It would be interesting if he got involved in the Cena/Kane feud somehow.

Anyone think he'll be in another match before 'Mania? I could see them putting him in a tag match on RAW or something to try and pop a rating.

Based on Cena's character, the Rock could come out, say something derogatory towards Cena, then spend 30 minutes hyping his movie. The next night, Cena would come out smiling and talk for 30 minutes about how awesome The Rock's movie looks.

Rock's WWE promotions for his movies have always been very subtle. And in some cases they're not even mentioned. I think he realizes its better to get your face out there and be visible (pro wrestling still has a big audience), then do the cringe-worthy "plugs" that only make you look desperate.
