I am safe in saying I am not the only Daffney mark on the IWC. And I do wish WWE had called her up when she was in OVW. I can think of plenty of reasons whe WWE would bring her in: a woman who already know how to work, would bring her own fan base to the company, and who is hot as can be when she puts her mind to it, and who has some contacts in the company who could vouch for her. But I can think of reasons not to as well: her age, injury history, the overcrowded divas roster, and her lawsuit against TNA probably makes her look like a risk. Her psycho goth character would stick out, but would also be a nice change. And she has shown she can play other characters. Sadly I doubt it will ever happen, though lord knows I wish it would. I hope I am not alone.

I would mark for Daffney.
Only bad thing is after she lost to Kelly Kelly or something I'd be forced to take drastic measures.
REALLY drastic, like complaining about it on the internet.

Although highly unlikely due to:
A. Daffney/Shannon's age (somewhere between 35-37, which is about 10 years too old for WWE). B. WWE's failings at handling any dark character outside of Undertaker/Kane (or anyone directly associated with said characters)......if WWE were to bring Daffney in, I would say as Kane's companion, as at least she'd get tv time.
I would also mark the F' out, as I've always seen the talent Shannon/Daffney had.....it's too bad neither major federation gives too much of a crap for female wrestling currently.

Should have been brought in years ago as part of the Undertaker/Kane family
A sister perhaps?
Too late for her now though, but the character concept is still sound.

They'd just book her as Punk's crazy ex-girlfriend who schemes with Ziggler to get the title taken from him.

Well, in the latest issue of WWE Magazine it says Kane/Taker's sister is coming to WWE in 2012... But it's a joke for a photo a female fan sent of herself dressed as Kane.

....she'd be hired on Friday, buried on Saturday, endeavored on Sunday, then go back to work on Monday,
If WWE signed Daffney, If WWE signed Daffney, If WWE signed Daffney, yeah.......

Jesse Ventura successfully sued Vince for $800k in 1994 (and Ventura was working for WCW at the time), yet Vince has brought Ventura back several times to promote stuff - suing TNA wouldn't be a reason for Vince not to sign her.

They signed Daffney to a developmental deal in 2003 and only lasted 6 months. I love Daffney but she was not what they wanted then and she is even less what they want now (older, injuries, more tats).

I'd love them to sign Daffney but I'm sure I read after Shelley was fired that Vince doesn't "get" gothic chicks and that was why she was released so I don't see much chance of a Daffney appearence in the WWE.
Even if she did, you know she'd be jobbed to Eve, Alicia and Kelly countless times via rollup.

never gonna happen. from what I understand her and Punk still have heat with eachother over him being a cad in TNA.

That turned out to be rubbish. Shelly said that Vince himself came up to her and said how much he loved her look. I've always yearned for a Sherri-esque manager; I first thought Victoria could do it, but then she left. Then I thought Melina could do it, but then she got fired. But Daffney could totally do it! It'll most likely never happen...but she could do it!

- Too old - Not "WWE standards" attractive (I find her smoking, before anyone jumps on me, but it's true) - Possibly has heat with Punk
Not likely IMO.

Everyone assumes she would play her psycho goth character, but I think her Sarah Palin character showed she can do more. I could see her doing a Sherri style character easily.

Why not just hire Christina Von Eerie instead?
