I think "the rumours" were the stuff about him failing the wellness policy.

F*** Kenn...I mean Anderson. For all the s*** Orton gets on this board, I'd much rather watch 10 more years of Orton than one second of "Asshole, Asshole, don't you get it, I'm an asshole. Because, you know, I don't say it enough! I'm an asshole. You're fans of mine, so you're assholes as well, didn't you know that!" Ken Anderson. Never have I been so annoyed with a talent than I have with him. Not to mention he never learned how to properly protect his opponents in the ring. He's the main reason I don't watch TNA.......TNA. I'm kinda the same way... Though when Kennedy was with WWE, I saw great things in him.

So which is it, a few week or six months. I know it's difficult to estimate the time of recovery for injuries, but you would think they'd be able to narrow it down a bit more than that. And Orton's been complaining about his back for weeks so they decide to put him in a dangerous fall count anywhere match? Well that's just stupid. Herniated and slipped disks are incredibly hard to get a time estimate on, because in a lot of cases, they technically never heal completely. It's often more about getting the patient's back muscles strong enough to where it doesn't hurt, essentially. So, I guess Randy will be ready when he thinks he's able to physically go with a manageable amount of pain.

To those who said that the falls count anywhere was dangerous if he was hurt. Barrett was Charmin tissue soft on him that match.
I wouldn't mind if Orton went away for a long time. He's such a boring character.
